I have to say that I didn't realise that buying a car could be an incredible experience. This is my second vehicle that I am purchasing from Town & Country. When it came time to get my second vehicle, I called David up and he put me in touch with Yoga Warren. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. I let him know what I wanted and he MADE IT HAPPEN! At time of delivery, we had Michelle Chen take care of us. Her patience in answering our questions, as well as "teaching" how to enjoy our new BMW was incredible! One would think that once the deal was done, the chapter closes untill next time. Think again, I have had Yoga call me "just" to say hello and to see if all is well with us and if we're enjoying our car! Follow up like this is rare. It's service like this that makes one revisit.
