Note - don't use Hwy 7 unless you love construction. It is right at the 407. The employees are relaxed, not uptight - great atmosphere - so gold star for the leadership. Excellent receptionist, friendly, warm, quick thinking in introducing me to Terry, saleswoman (wow-1st female salesperson at a BMW that I've seen). Great personality, knowledge, a charming person, direct, eye contact, confident. Will definitely buy my cars through her. The service guys are friendly, comfortable, relaxed and share a laugh - good vibe and keep you informed of the time frame necessary to complete the work. Very accommodating and you just know your car is in good hands - wonderful service advisor as well. They do not get flustered under pressure Lucky me - I asked for and got a plastic license frame with Town & Country on it so that the best dealership is advertised. Very pleased indeed. They now have a devoted customer. Great followup phone call next day. More

He made sure to assess and see what I wanted before giving me any suggestions. He took the time to show me what I wanted and gave suggestions instead of just trying to hard sell me any car. Sammy provided and explained all the information to me and assisted me in various tasks that made this experience as trouble free for me as possible. I couldn't ask for a better salesmen. Michelle the delivery specialist was very polite and patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to explain the vehicle functions in a clear and concise manner. I appreciated how she was focused not only on explaining the car but also on what i had to say and really made me feel like she was there to assist me. She spent a lot of time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. It was truly an enjoyable experience. The store was very clean and tidy. The service provided was more than excellent. Was truly over the top. I would definitely recommend this BMW location to my family and friends. Only thing I could ask for is the car for free. :) More

After visiting Mercedes in Maple and receiving the worst service imaginable, I decided to take a look at Town and Country BMW since their inventory was very extensive. Upon arrival, I was greater promptly by reception, and introduced to Arash in sales. After speaking to him for a bit, it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and genuingly cared about finding me the perfect car. Long story short, he paired me up with a 335i convertible which I ended up purchasing on the spot. The service throughout the entire purchasing process was flawless and I would recommend the team at Town and Country BMW to anybody that is in the market for a great car at a reasonable price. If your considering a BMW, don't go anywhere but Town and Country. More
