I had a very kind and patient salesman (Niko Dzeparoski) who really wants to do a good job for customers and you can trust him easily. I recommend him and will buy my nex BMW from this dealership in future. Thanks Niko! More

Disappointing Service Department I went to this dealership for service every time because they had good reviews. I also found they cared for my car and they were careful. Their qualit I went to this dealership for service every time because they had good reviews. I also found they cared for my car and they were careful. Their quality of work was reflected in reviews and that's why I went there again without thinking. Unfortunately, all these are in past tense. As I went into the dealership. I found they renovated their facility. All staffs I saw working there were different from my previous visit two/three years ago. My guess is that the management probably have changed completely too. So i suggest nobody should be counting on older reviews to judge this dealership. They are totally different now. I went there for service again recently. I was totally upset due to several reasons. Firstly, while i was waiting, I saw one of their staffs used my car as a support to do handwriting on a piece of paper. Secondly, when a staff parked my car, he drove backwards without slowing down, hit the curb hard with my rear wheels.. Thirdly, i do not know if it was protocol, this guy who parked my car disabled my dash cam. My dash cam recorded my car mysteriously went from point A to point B without anyone driving. So I have no evidence to show where he went and how he abused my vehicle before I saw him parking my car. 4th, I specifically asked for NO CAR WASH when I dropped off the car. But when I paid for the service, the cashier told me they were going to wash my car and would be brought to the front for me soon. (!!!?) 5th, if you don't care about much about the car but care about how you are treated. They don't score 100% also in this aspect. As I walked into the service department upon arrival. I wandered around for a while and didn't know where to go. I decided to lined up in front of the center counter behind a girl to ask. The girl saw me waiting and I just let her finish. A staff inside the counter asked if he could help me. I was then told the girl in front of me was actually a staff herself and that she should be the one welcome me in her smaller desk somewhere else. 6th, I would expect BMW should take away any bags and floor paper mats when they finished. Oh well, they didn't. I must emphasize I didn't follow my vehicle during the entire visit. I was in the waiting area most of the time but yet I still found the problems above. Who knows what else they did to my car when I was not looking. I lose confidence in this dealer. I definitely will not go again. I felt like I was in Canadian Tire. I think most customers these days lease their vehicles and are not crazy about caring the car. I own, that's why I care a lot more. Dealers should not assume all customers do not care. More

Been here twice, and they both sucked. In June 2010, I visited this dealership with my parents and considered buying a 3 series sedan to travel to work out of town. I didn't know too much a In June 2010, I visited this dealership with my parents and considered buying a 3 series sedan to travel to work out of town. I didn't know too much about the trim levels or the size of the car so that's why I decided to go and find out more information for myself. We walked in through the door, and no one greeted us. I walked around to find the sedan to sit in and what not to see if I liked it. From the time we stepped foot into the door to the time I sat my butt down on the seat, to me getting up and leaving the car after inspecting, NO ONE had come up to us and said hello or asked if we needed help. The dealership was not busy by the way. Just a bunch of sales people standing around talking to each other and maybe staring once in a while to see if I would jack the car maybe? Anyways, that was my first experience dealing with a BMW dealer and I told myself that would be my last experience there. I left the dealership after that. Fast forward to October 2014. Over 4 years later. My husband and I decided to visit this dealership. He knew about my bad experience over 4 years ago but said this time it would be a better experience. So I agreed to just give it a second shot. Bad idea. We both had a keen eye on the M235i, and it was great because Joseph let us take a test drive with it. He was not pushy at all. There were a few more cars we were interested in the M series so it was a matter of deciding together what we both liked and what we could agree on. We met with Yoga to talk about the various cars to see which was good for us. At first he was nice, breaking down all the details and numbers, and letting us drive the M5 around the block. We asked if there was an M4 available to just drive around the block as well. There was one manual available but we were told it was being held for another potential buyer for the next day and they didn't have another manual one. And that person wanted no kms on the car. Ok, fair enough. As we sat down, we get the whole speech of "ok come on let's get the paperwork done for the M5 so I can send it out since tomorrow's the deadline otherwise you won't get a car until January" talk. I was away on vacation when my husband went in to test drive the M5 for the first time. He didn't want to make a decision on buying until I got back. Fair enough, that's what couples do no? So the second time around, he wanted to show me the car, so I said sure. Instead of letting us decide what we want, we felt like we were being pushed to drop $110,000 on this M5. This isn't like buying candy. Maybe for some people sure, but most of us work hard to buy something like this. Instead of giving us time to discuss (and no, 1 minute of stepping outside to give us time to talk does not count), he told us (in a threatening manner) that he was not going forward with this deal anymore, and basically took our folder in a huff. All this happened after we tried asking him if there was another M4 available to drive. We would both like to test drive our cars before purchasing. Instead, we get a rude response from him. And also telling us there is not much difference between the M3 sedan, M4 coupe, and M5 sedan. Uh, yes there is. Needless to say, my husband and I left that filthy place. I knew going back there a second time was just a bad idea. Third time won't be a charm, that's for sure. My husband soon emailed Yoga and the owner about professionalism and how we were treated. He gets an email from Yoga saying "haha that's funny". We weren't expecting a response to be honest, but to get that email from a sales associate just shows how professional this place is. Non existent. I have told my friends to never go to Town and Country BMW for any servicing or purchases. I will be sure to pass it on to future generations (kids, grandchildren, great grand children, great great great grandchildren etc you get the idea) to never step foot into that dealership. Good thing my friends are not fans of BMW. Your dealership may be going through some renovations but maybe you should think about renovating your professionalism, attitude, and how to talk to people.
