Absolutely the worse experience dealing with a dealership I brought in my car for maintenance and to check why a warning light was turning on. They couldn't fix it in one day and offered me what I thought was I brought in my car for maintenance and to check why a warning light was turning on. They couldn't fix it in one day and offered me what I thought was a courtesy car while mine was in the shop. They picked me up and brought me to the dealership, which was fine, but instead of a courtesy car I was told I needed a credit card to rent a car, so no courtesy. They never mention any of this before I went to the dealership expecting a free courtesy car, like another MINI, like a courtesy car I have had at a number of other dealership from Acura to Nissan and not a rented car I had to put on my credit card. So it was a complete waste of time coming to the dealership as I had no credit card at the time (it is in the mail) so I said just take me home. One of the car jockey takes me outside in the pouring rain, turns out he doesn't have a car and tells me to wait, standing in the rain, while he takes of into the lot, presumably to find a car to drive me home. Five minutes later I am still standing in the rain waiting for my ride, he never appears. So I have to go back into the office and ask what is going on? The service department guy I had been dealing with couldn't have cared less, I had to ask him what is going on? Finally he asked some other car jockey to take me home and asking service department guy for a slip to take me. Finally get home call my wife and tell her why we have no car no courtesy car and why I am now soaking and mad and tell her once the lease is up that is it, I want nothing more to do with these rude and obnoxious clowns. More

After that it was time to get acquainted with the car with Michelle who is simply amazing. There is a lot to learn with the new models given all the tech and Michelle knows more than you will ever remember. She is patient and will never make you feel silly for asking the same question 3 times. She is VERY good at her job. More

Very friendly, informative (esp. considering the car I purchased is a brand new model that only went on sale a few months ago), and patient. I have no reason to price shop for a BMW when I know T&C will always be the best. More

Then we left and as we were walking out the door, it's Phillip who asked us if we needed any help. It's Philip who explained the details between the deals between used and new cars to us. Because of Philip's sincerity manner to us, we went back to this dealership and purchased a brand new Mini from him. The delivery date of the car was also on time as Philip promised - no delays at all. When we picked up our car, Gina was also very professional and knowledgeable to explain all the functions to us. She also made a few follow-ups with me over the phone and emails. Very good after sales services they even provided to us. Our experiences went from bad to good and it's the right people who made us to come back for business! More
