Very disappointed by BMW service After one month of escalations, there is still not a decision from BMW to resolve my problem (sales representative-Sam Saeed , Manager- Steve Choi, Bu After one month of escalations, there is still not a decision from BMW to resolve my problem (sales representative-Sam Saeed , Manager- Steve Choi, Business Manager- Ian Cheng) . The car was purchased on Oct 19,2017 and a fault code was displayed with flat tire the next day. Since then, the tire was inflated with the hope that it will recover. When I reported the problem to the sales representative, there was no sign of any intention to assist me. Understood that if the car has any problem within one month it should be reported and fixed. The questions to BMW are: 1) Am I so unlucky to pay $43.000 for a car and next day to have a flat tire? 2) Could BMW justified that the car is certified and has nothing to do with the fault? 3) Is it possible that a sales representative to send me to a car shop for a tire repair when it is well known that the tire is not repairable? I do expect to treat your customer with higher respect. Very disappointing... More

Would not waste time Went in to shop for used cars approx 1-2 years old. Inventory in bad shape with scratches. Sales man P. Choi did not even take the time to test drive with me, but had an assistant to test drive with me. I asked if I could test drive other cars he asked "if I did my research" and stated there was no time. It was 12pm on a weekday. Went to another dealership to test drive the car I was curious about which was an upsell compared to the original car was I was looking at. I've shop for 3 cars and this was my worst shopping experience ever. Maybe it was a one off, but I've never been treated like this in any dealership even toyota. I have higher standards for BMW, I've been to many and walked out with a smile. I am very disappointed in this experience. More

Very bad experience Went in for service due -still getting service overdue in my car.I was told they would call me when it is ready. The service agent Adrien called me twice without leaving a message and I kept calling back .But no one could tell me whether the car was ready or they had a question.I spent the whole day just for oil change?? Usually with the Leaside BMW I spend 2-3 hours for this service and get excelllent care. I even get a call about my experience but with this place i got no calls. More

Morris was extremely helpful in trying to help us find th My sister and I were looking to invest in a diesel 3 series BMW during the annual clear-out. Morris was extremely helpful in trying to help us find the best fit. What we liked most was the fact that he insisted we try the vehicle we wanted to purchase before we spoke about the price. As the vehicle was not available at the time, we rescheduled another day and he made sure the car was available to test drive. Once we knew we liked the way the car drove, we sat down and talked about the price. At no point did he push us to purchase a car and always gave his honest opinion on what features we should get that would best suit us. He is also very quick with emails, which is often easier than calling. More
