She was always able to provide prompt responses and solutions whenever I needed. She has been able to go above and beyond on multiple occasions to satisfy my concerns. For example when I had to bring the car in for a broken plastic piece on the window sill, she was able to take care of not the main issue but others I have made as well. Michelle is very honest and she always wants what is best for you. I highly recommend her! More

Terrible service department , avoid at all costs. They had my car for 2 weeks, and didn’t offer a courtesy car. Had to pay for a rental. After the 2 weeks, and a number of very c , avoid at all costs. They had my car for 2 weeks, and didn’t offer a courtesy car. Had to pay for a rental. After the 2 weeks, and a number of very costly repairs, the problem wasn’t even fixed. Went to a small local shop afterwards to have them look at it, and they fixed the problem in an hour! Also said that the cause of the problem was very obvious and easy to fix (just needed new spark plugs). Why would the very dealer of my car not be able to find this apparently simple solution?? They also changed my oil when I was there. I go to get my oil changed at a different shop a few months later, and they tell me they used the wrong type of oil! The dealer can’t even use the right type of oil in the brand of car that they sell???? DON’T GO HERE. More

Customer Service Excellence With its world class stature, the idea alone of going to a BMW dealership honestly is intimidating particularly to me as an average Joe type of client With its world class stature, the idea alone of going to a BMW dealership honestly is intimidating particularly to me as an average Joe type of clientele. However, this was not quite the experience I had with the Sales Team in BMW Markham. With Michelle Fung as my very first contact person and eventually my agent with this dealership, my very first BMW transaction experience was an awesome history. It truly was a surprising experience for an average individual like me to be treated with utmost respect and professionalism. BMW Markham must take pride for having Michelle in their Sales Team. There are three more other staff who were very very helpful in my owning my very first BMW and made this such a world class experience for me (I'm pretty sure Michelle remembers them, two of them gave me the vehicle orientation and the other staff from finance department). More power to Michelle and team and all in BMW Markham! More
