I've been a customer of BMW Langley since 2012. Service has been top notch since I have been doing business with them. There is some room for improvement when it comes down to pricing pre-owned BMW's. Other BMW dealership seems to have better prices on similar vehicles. I was a good experience dealing with BMW Langley. My wife and I had a good time there, from the sales person JD which we found him a friendly knowledgeable person who wasn’t exaggerating facts.
