I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to computer stuff I get very uneasy and he made me feel very comfortable about everything! Everything was great from the receptionist at the front door till the time we walked out the door!! More

Horrendously unprofessional and rude! We saw a BMW z4 in their inventory that we liked despite living over 100kms away. I contacted them and someone named Marshal responded. I mentioned We saw a BMW z4 in their inventory that we liked despite living over 100kms away. I contacted them and someone named Marshal responded. I mentioned we live in Oakville but we like this car and want to come to see/test drive the car. I SPECIFICALLY said TEST DRIVE. He says. O problem come. We drove 1.5 hr to get here only to be told you can’t test drive the car! This is a new level of deception and disregard/disrespect for a client!! I also mentioned it to one of their sales manager who also didn’t really seem to care short of some platitudes. If this is how they treat potential clients BEFORE sales, I can only imagine how they would act after they’ve got your money! Also Marshal was extremely dismissive and borderline rude in his manners! I hope someone in this dealership takes a second look at their staff More
