I had a good opportunity to experience the X3 and to compare it to other vehicles I had seen elsewhere. The process went very quickly. I visited Canbec at about 4 pm on Tuesday and made the deal the following morning. The one aspect that I found a bit less easy was in finance when I was presented with many optional extra items to buy. In the end I picked two (2), and am happy with those choices. I do not criticize your staff, as they are simply outlining extras as they are required to do, but it was a bit daunting having just decided to spend over $60K on a new vehicle. In summary, I was at ease with the process. More
