Excellent customer service I was positively surprised by the service I got, since 2 friends of mine had complained about their customer experience at the same dealership. Arun V I was positively surprised by the service I got, since 2 friends of mine had complained about their customer experience at the same dealership. Arun Verma let me take the car for a test drive and worked with me till the deal was done. Even after the purchase, he followed up on all issues like second fob, its programming etc. To be commended too, are Anthony Donavan who always had a courtesy car ready for me and Jamal Al-Khabyyr who walked me through the intricacies of the car. He stayed in contact with me all the time . I really enjoyed the experience buying at BMW Canbec. The after sale process was very smooth , Finance people were helpful . The delivery part was very enjoyable ,Our host was Chantal Tuppert, She answered all the questions , she had great knowledge about the SAV X3 and she is such a nice person.
