Je vous suggère fortement de modifier cette portion du processus d'achat, de déplacer les bureaux du Service des Finances dans un environnement plus agréable, et surtout de présenter à vos clients des employés qui connaissent les bases du service à la clientèle. I went in looking for a car at a certain budget, Mr. Steve Diamantakos welcomed me very warmly with a big smile, offered me a cappuccino, and showed m I went in looking for a car at a certain budget, Mr. Steve Diamantakos welcomed me very warmly with a big smile, offered me a cappuccino, and showed me the perfect car that met my needs. Although the car ended up being a little more expensive than the Audi and Mercedes that interested me as well, he quickly made me realize how superior the BMW was. He went into great detail on the technical aspects of the car including the differences of the AWD systems and how that benefited me greatly. He was very patient with all my questions and i never felt rushed or that i was bothering him. He even stayed after hours to help me. I was also made aware that BMW gives a free maintenance program with all their vehicles, so my overall car cost would on par with the other cars i was looking at. Mr. Diamantakos was a combination of classy, funny and really sincere. I highly recommend Mr. Diamantakos to anybody looking for a high end automobile, as your next car salesman. On a side note, the dealership has a beautiful and a laid back atmosphere. More
