Mr Taz Ansari was helpful to offer best financing possibilities & a car till the ordered one arrives; and Mrs Danika Guenette was astonishing with her kindness as she took a full 2 hours to explain all the functionalities of the vehicle, and was patient to answer all the questions and giving the chance to try some of the functions. Mr Mehdi Semsari took the time to explain all the financial & insurance options available, being honest on what was really needed for my vehicle, and helping me obtain the best insurance coverage v all the quotes I obtained anywhere outside. Overall, I cannot recall being treated by any car-dealer team with such respect & attention, always available for questions & clarifications. Because of them, I love my car more, knowing it is in best hands for handling & servicing! More

Charles went beyond my expectations I leased a car 3 years ago from this dealer, and just purchased it back directly from BMW Canada Financial Services (which was a mistake as they are n I leased a car 3 years ago from this dealer, and just purchased it back directly from BMW Canada Financial Services (which was a mistake as they are not in my province (Quebec)). They charged me Provincial Sales Taxes when they should not have. I tried in vain to get BMW Canada Financial Services to recognize their mistake. The case was closed as far as they were concerned. I understand why and hold no grudge. However their management of my file meant that I would have to pay the Provincial Sales Tax twice, which I have a problem with... Out of resources I phoned Charles. I asked for his help and although I am not a client of Canbec anymore he helped fix my problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and dealt with my issue within 30 minutes. I will return to Canbec next time I purchase a BMW. Merci Charles! More

I remember of two occasions where I had called: Once he was in Ottawa and he took the time to answer my call, and another time I was expecting to leave him a message at 7h00 a.m., and to my surprise he answered.
