Exceptional experience! I was previously dealing with another dealership in the southshore where the service was less then poor. Through out the last 2 years, I've been greeted every time I came in for service from the sales representative Yossi Benamou and sales manager yane arama. They both went out of their way to make sure the service was great every time and that I was satisfied even though I never got the car from them. The experience has been beyond amazing, which is the reason I decided to get another bmw which I then came to see Yossi. I had a price in mind and both Yossi and Yan allowed me to meet my budget by working with me. After only 1 visit, I was confident enough with my decision and taking ownership of a 2016 3 series thanks to both Yossi and yan. Hands down a 10/10 service from someone who works in the banking industry to experience such expertise and professionalism.
