Business from afar I had a great experience with Budget car sales. Shawn flew me in from Prince Rupert and picked me up from the airport so that I could purchase the car I had a great experience with Budget car sales. Shawn flew me in from Prince Rupert and picked me up from the airport so that I could purchase the car that I had been searching for (for an excellent price). Even after the sale was made and I was on my way back to Rupert for a long 19 hour drive, Shawn checked in regularly to make sure that the drive was going well and even set up a roadside assistance account in case anything were to go wrong. On the drive home I realized that the battery needed to be replaced and the dealership honoured their 30 day warranty by contacting an auto shop on the way and making sure I could have it replaced promptly, as well as covering all of the costs associated. All of the staff that I encountered at Budget seemed to genuinely care and ensured that I had the best experience possible, even the insurance broker on site went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best rate possible. Many of the staff were the same which is always a good sign in any business. My salmon this was Greg Ginter. Like the first time, Greg was very helpful and friendly and the whole process of buying and paying for the car was stress-free. Greg was especially helpful with an issue I had with the car after I took it home and started driving it. A strong smell os gas was present in the car. I had no problem at all arranging for the dealership to fix the problem. Greg arranged for a loan car which I ended up needing for more than a week. The problem took a while to assess but the people at Budget (including their service guy) were set on fixing it and they did. The issue is gone. I am happy with my purchase and I keep recommending this option to people in the market for a car. I mention the advantages: good price, guarantee, service record, etc. I am also happy to see female sales employees on the floor. More

All the vehicles were super clean and I felt like we got a very honest assessment on the pros and cons of each vehicle we tried. Reg was very patient with us and didn't pressure us into making a decision. After the test-drives we got a full service history and car proof for each vehicle and Reg was helpful in whittling down the choices we had in front of us. We didn't end up buying a car that night but we'll be going back to see Dave and Reg when it is time to make the plunge! More

Gret service by great people Kip really went above and beyond to offer us the best service. Not only was he professional, friendly and knowledgeable but he was also dependable Kip really went above and beyond to offer us the best service. Firstly the car salesman "Reg Pratap" was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the type of vehicle I was interested in. I explained to him all the features I wanted and he found me the perfect vehicle for my needs. I spent a few hours there until I left with my van and Reg finalized the sale very professional and answered all my questions efficiently and respectfully.
