Disregard the fact it was a public holiday, I could get all things done in really short time. I did a test drive, then completed the purchase. Because of a public holiday, banks did not work, so they allowed me take a car after making only deposit payment. I also got insurance with new license plates in the same place. Then, they give me a driver who drove that car to my home (I drove my another car). Everything was completed in time and in very friendly manner. Very good and professional team! More

Due to life circumstances, I found myself without my usual supportive male family members to consult with and guide me to a good decision when buying a vehicle. My father lives out of town and my spouse is recovering from a stroke. I wanted to avoid going to a car dealership as I find them intimidating. After yet another internet search, I found Budget Sales, and the inventory looked promising. I arrived at Budget and was immediately met by James, who instantly understood my situation and my needs. James took me directly to the vehicles which met my specifications. He knew the inventory and the history behind each vehicle he showed me. I immediately felt confident I was working with a competent salesperson, who was also amicable and personable. After a test drive, I knew James had matched the right vehicle to my needs. I also knew the vehicle was what I was looking for and right away I told James I will be taking the next step in a purchase. Offering me water and assuring the office temperature was suitable, we sat down and wrote out the deal. This process took very little time, which I really appreciated. Next, I met Sheldon. Another fabulous person who worked through several hurdles, all the while reassuring me that I would drive away in my chosen new vehicle today. It was Sunday of the Canada Day weekend and financial institutions were unavailable to consult with on my situation. Sheldon kept me informed of what was happening, and never gave me false hope. True to his promise, Sheldon triumphantly placed the keys in my hand sooner than I expected! I was surprised and speechless - I was able to purchase and finance my new vehicle with no pain or other discomforts. I was made to feel like a friend and that I am important. James stepped up to help my spouse clear my personal effects from my old vehicle - this gesture was truly appreciated. I did not catch the name of the fellow who washed my new vehicle and transferred my plates - the wash was an unexpected touch, as the vehicle already looked clean. Everyone was professional, friendly, compassionate, and had a terrific and appropriate sense of humour, making the task of buying a vehicle less daunting. In summary, I felt looked after and treated like an important person from the moment I stepped onto the Budget lot - this is never the way I have felt when entering the fancy showrooms of dealerships of late. Budget Sales is where I will point family and friends looking for a deal and a tremendous experience. More
