Good Experience - Buying Hyundai Tucson I had a very good experience purchasing my 2015 Hyundai Tucson two weeks ago. Buying a (relatively) new car wasn't something I had gone through befor I had a very good experience purchasing my 2015 Hyundai Tucson two weeks ago. Buying a (relatively) new car wasn't something I had gone through before, and Budget was the third location I visited that Saturday, and it was easily the most pleasant of the 3. The staff were certainly less pushy and aggressive than at the previous two vendors and I certainly felt more comfortable making the decision. Shawn Jamieson was knowledgable about the history of the vehicle, and also forthcoming/realstic about the costing of the vehicle which I appreciated. Tim Tucker in Finance was also very helpful, as he sat with my father and I for at least an hour answering all of our questions and providing interesting insight into the financing options. The insurance rep, I think his name was Aaron was also excellent answering all of my questions and looking at different options for lowering my monthly premiums. The only reason I've rated the experience as "Good" and 4 stars rather than "Excellent" and 5 stars, was due to the delay in securing an additional key and having the FOB programmed to the vehicle. When purchasing a car, I would normally expect the vendor to already have a spare key and fob, but I was only given a standard single key with no FOB, and I had to realize this myself and send a few emails and phone calls to ensure I received an additional one. However, once I was referred to Raveen Prakash, the service manager, he was EXCELLENT, extremely helpful in scheduling me a loaner vehicle and ordering keys/FOBs and having them programmed, he even called me a day early when my vehicle was ready. Based on my experience with the Budget staff, in particular Raveen, I would highly recommend Budget Car Sales to my friends and family members. Brad Den Ouden More
