Bad Service that turns into Harassment. Terrible service and borderline dishonesty. My family is from London and we just had our car written off in an accident. We found good deal at Autorama, being a few hours away we called up and Autorama asked for our credit card details to leave a deposit. So far so good, we booked tickets on the Greyhound to come up and collect the car today. I'm sure most of you can guess where this is going... We called to let them know we were on the way and they informed us they had sold the car. Their excuse? Apparently they never took a deposit from our credit card so technically we hadn't reserved anything. That kind of dishonesty business practice tells you a lot about a company. I don't know what the real story is and Autorama doesn't care. They didn't even have the decency to call us after selling the vehicle we had reserved. My question would be, why ask for our credit card information if you don't intended to doing anything with it. Obviously we won't be buying anything from them and I would advise any other potential customers to be very wary of similar incidences. Today's been a real disappointment for me and my family. UPDATE: My family has now been contacted by Sam from Autorama who has demanded we take our review down. So after the poor experience we had with Autorama we are now being harassed by their staff. So just to recap our experience.. Autorama (through either incompetence or lack of caring) sells a vehicle we had reserved and left us holding the bag for transport costs to Toronto. They offered and suggested nothing to help rectify the situation and now, days later they are harassing us for voicing our disappointment. More

I found autorama on line and read the testimonials and thought they were worth a look. We dealt with Fraser and our experience was nothing short of amazing. We found exactly what we were looking for and purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey. When we were only a few Km's from home the check engine light came on. I contacted Fraser right away and he told me to bring the vehicle back which we did. In one day they fixed the problem and it has been running beautifully ever since. We had amazing service from the beginning to now. David was a great sales person, patient as we couldn't decide which year we were going to buy and he also knew we were doing other test drives elsewhere. Prices are competitive. We had an issue with our brakes that passed safety however when we took it to the dealer they said they recommended they be changed. Although it was a recommendation we took it back a few days after pick up and the service advisor took it in to look at. We got a call later that they had changed and made necessary repairs. I remember them saying we want our customers happy and as corny as it sounded they stood behind it. Thank you to Amir who made sure we left as happy customers and did something he may not have had to to make things right in his customers eyes. Autorama is a great dealership. This is why they are winning their awards. Customers do come first. More

Disgusted!!! Never, ever in my life I have met nor been to such a dump where all they want is to take your money and send you out your way! I got my car this past Never, ever in my life I have met nor been to such a dump where all they want is to take your money and send you out your way! I got my car this past August..not what I wanted but I was promised after 8 months they would switch it (ok fine) first day I bring it home it sounded/ felt like it was going to crumble..I called they told me don't worry there mechanic looked over everything, safety was done..I kept telling them no something is right I want to switch it before the 31 days..they gave me the run around..my back tires were caving in so I brought it to my mechanic which he told me the suspension was broke (obviously why it would sound like it was going to crumble) I had to replace both back tires because the wires were coming out..I contacted auto Rama which basically told me it's been 3 months it's my fault..I called the ministry and omvic they sent me for inspection..what came back wrong was now front tires have to be replaced, converters are broken, back arm bushing is broke and so is the front this will run me to about $3000 to fix..I call autorama asked them to switch me cars considering it's been only 3 months and everything to pass safety is broken not to mention I have 2 infants..they stopped taking my calls..now I've gotten all the right people involved and in very very happy on what the outcome will be !!! Waste of my money with them but lesson learned I promise. More

What struck us immediately was the excellent presentation of the all the cars in the showroom. This is a place that is serious about selling good cars. Sam had a very good discussion with us, getting to know us, our needs, our expectations and hopes. What drew us in was the fact these guys are open on Sunday and their prices are very fair. The car was in great shape, as advertised. Sam was very knowledgeable on all the specs and features - but also for other makes and models we had been comparing against. His approach is very courteous and professional. He makes you feel like he is there to help you make the best choice possible. We did a test drive and settled on the paperwork. Because it was Sunday, Sam indicated the timeline for financing. Our credit was decent so we got a fair rate in the 4.0's % range. It was great to hear this dealership prides itself on selecting cars with a clean history. No second thoughts. Total peace of mind. The timeline for everything being settled the next day on Monday was exactly as he had promised. By noon, the approval came through and by two pm on Monday, we were owners of the Murano, taking possession about 24 hours after first seeing the car. These guys know what they are doing and they do it well. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to pick them as the number one stop for a used car search in all the GTA. I will definitely be getting my next vehicle from them. Their selection is excellent - a tremendous value for the price. Thank you Autorama, thank you Sam! The car is great!
