Excitement wears off Bought a car a year ago here. Was told by my sales person (kyle) to come back after 8 or 9 months to lower the payments. Did exactly that and when I Bought a car a year ago here. Was told by my sales person (kyle) to come back after 8 or 9 months to lower the payments. Did exactly that and when I came back, Kyle doesn't work there anymore and I was told my interest rate and payments couldn't be lowered. Whatever. Brought my wife in and bought a new SUV, was told by Kyle I'd get 1000$ referral reward if I did this. Didn't get the referral and it's been almost 2 weeks since we bought the SUV and my wife has had it for 2 days. The vehicle had a couple scratches and they said they could get them repaired. Awesome we agreed. They said a couple hours at first....then 2 days... then after the weekend....we are approaching the 2nd weekend and our first payment and haven't had our vehicle. Anyways happy with our vehicles (mine has been excellent) just service and promises are pretty hollow. More

Never again. Tried to overcharge by 8k I went in for a test drive on a truck, it went good until we started talking price. Their asking price on the truck was 47,900. Told me it was the bes I went in for a test drive on a truck, it went good until we started talking price. Their asking price on the truck was 47,900. Told me it was the best price in Calgary. I did a quick search online and there was another truck on for 39,900. I told my salesman (Jamie Caulder) that and he told me he would look into it. I left, I got a phone call 2 minutes later from my salesman (Jamie Caulder). He told me the ad I saw it was the exact same truck as I just drove. He told me they bought it for 42,000 and could sell it to me for 42,900. I thought this was fishy so I called the number on the ad. They informed me that the truck was still for sale for 39,900 and that they loaned it out for the night. Long story short, Jamie Caulder tried to sell me a truck for 8,000 more than the dealer selling it was wanting. I will never go to another Automaxx dealership again. More

Valued Customer?? I think not Was told by Kyle that i could refinance and get a lower monthly payment, Daughter also bought a vehicle and was told the same thing, but not the case Was told by Kyle that i could refinance and get a lower monthly payment, Daughter also bought a vehicle and was told the same thing, but not the case 6 months later. Left email, and text back in December still waiting for a response. I have vehicle insurance, lost my job, got a hold of Russell in April he said he would call back...still waiting for him as well. So I guess you are only valued when you are purchasing the vehicle, once the sale is complete, you become non existent and of no value. Absolutely angered and frustrated. Would have been a lifetime customer, not the case anymore. More

Cheapest remote startet, cheapest leader seats cover which is not free. They included to our total payment which is additional 1500k on it. They promised for changeoil now gone. Because they said they gave us the cheapest deal for the car which is not.. almost 43000 km for for 43k suv rogue sv 2016. To those who are planning to get a car.. just make sure talk to the right person not to the fake or cheater like MIKE MENANE. He introduced him self to us as a BROKER Now im BROKED because of him..
