Biggest crooks there is. Got approved for a vehicle that they just received on trade. Was told it will b ready today to pickup after we got insurance for it. Now after getting insurance all of a sudden they want 2000 down due to 2500 dollars worth of repairs that they had to due to make it road worthy? Like thats my responsibility to cover there bills lol. Font waste your time with these crooks..worse than house of cars and that says something More
I had dealt with Frank in sales. I was working with him after receiving the carfax as I had some questions about the lien status on the vehicle. The carfax did not show any sort of c I was working with him after receiving the carfax as I had some questions about the lien status on the vehicle. The carfax did not show any sort of confirmation of removal, and I wanted to know if the the cost that AUTOMAXX paid to remove the lien was included in the asking price of the vehicle. It was a simple question, and instead of answering it, he told me that I am "not making sense", "have trust issues", and "overthinking". This question is not a ridiculous one to ask, but he made me out to be some sort of idiot because I had to ask the question repeatedly because he refused to answer the question. I told him that I was no longer interested in dealing with him based off of the conversation we had the day prior where my intelligence and character were questioned, and he said "I just never had a customer talk to me and not understand in the 5 years 've been in the business. Typically they are extremely greatful :) I'm a good person". And I let him know that the way he spoke to me was not okay, and that I will not conduct business with any person or business who treats their clients this way, and asked that he void my approval and not contact me anymore. He replied and said "officially voided. All the best :)". he could have just left it there, but he needed to insult me once more I guess because he said " I have very happy customers and go over and beyond. Unfortunately you asked the same question over and over and over and couldn't quite grasp it :(. You will not get an approval from any bank now." with this text, he included an image that shows the full names of many other clients he is dealing with and their deal #'s. I once again asked him to please stop contacting me, he responded with a very passive aggressive "I'm blocking you now :). All the best. :)))))))))". I am very concerned with his behaviour towards me, and I am not at all pleased with the way that I was spoken to, which Is why I stopped responding to phone calls and only wanted to correspond via text. But even then, I was still subjected to backhanded insults and made to feel as though I was stupid for asking, when I don't believe it was a ridiculous question to ask in the first place. Instead of just explaining to me how the lien process worked, whether the cost paid for removal was added into the asking price, or anything else that would have been an acceptable response, he just tried to manipulate me and make me feel like what I was asking was ludicrous. I am allowed to ask questions, and it is his job to answer them. I would never deal with this business again for any reason because of this one employee who is the face of your business. More

From start to finish my experience with Automaxx was extremely pleasant. Denis and Patricia went way above and beyond to get this guy with absolutely no credit into a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan within 1 w extremely pleasant. Denis and Patricia went way above and beyond to get this guy with absolutely no credit into a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan within 1 week. They covered everything from financing to payments to license and insurance and even had my new van delivered to my work site in Blackfalds. Excellent job by both Denis and Patricia and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Buyer beware so don’t buy from them. We got a vehicle found that paint was cracked called them up sent pics and all we even pulled our own car fax the back drivers corner panel is all b We got a vehicle found that paint was cracked called them up sent pics and all we even pulled our own car fax the back drivers corner panel is all bondo but no accidents reported automaxx came and got vehicle they had it for 4 days brought it back we thought it was fixed till we noticed the next morning in better light that it started cracking again we called them up the guy didn’t want to believe us so we sent pics again and asked them what they were going to do took them abit they got back to us they took it again this time they had it almost 2 weeks got it back tonight at 8:00pm for my husband to notice that it ain’t any different once again all they must have done was sanded it smooth the cracks and repainted. If you stand at the back of the vehicle you can see that there is still no contour line on drivers side like it should be the same as the right side. It looks like it’s been pushed in. Obviously they don’t send it out to an actual body shop to get the work done right. Our vehicle is a 2021 my husband got for me as an Christmas gift and this is what we got a bondoed suv what an extreme disappointment totally disgusted with this company. They also gave me a loaner with automaxx written across it well I parked it out of site at work so no one would see it as I wouldn’t advertise for them never ever. And I definitely would never ever recommend them to anyone now. I’m guessing they buy there vehicles from auction that come wrecked and they fix them there selves. I am posting this for people to beware as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else as this is not right. It was a nice thought from my husband and I was super excited but once we found out the issue later I couldn’t believe a company would sell something like that not properly fixed. Backyard fixing done on my vehicle forsure. More

My fault, I trusted him and didn't ask enough questions and didn't push on the answers he evaded. I ended up paying full ask for the car. Yes, they installed remote start for me but it is such a low end suck model of remote that I hate it. They refused to give me a 2nd key which is something you don't find out about until all the paperwork is signed and you pick up the car. That's going to cost me an extra $400+ I guess no block heater is a thing but it never occurred to me to ask being in Calgary and telling the salesperson a winter reliable car was a must-have. So, I'm looking at spending around an extra $1,000 on a car I bought to replace one that needed about $2,500 in repairs, Great deal, eh? They tried to slide their after care service agreement past me on the bill of sale; I'm still waiting for confirmation that has been refunded over a week later. These guys take advantage of people in a tight spot and grind every dime they can out of you. I don't think there was one ounce of "over and above" as far as client care. It's people like this that give car dealerships a bad name. There's no recourse once you've given up your deposit and no way to return a car. Totally regret this purchase and every time I get in this car, I will have to live with a bad decision. If you decide to use these guys go in with your eyes open and tread cautiously. More
