Annie Alexander was a true delight!! Cannot say enough good things about her, from the moment I first telephoned, asked "can I speak to someone about the Ford Taurus on your website" and was passed to Ann good things about her, from the moment I first telephoned, asked "can I speak to someone about the Ford Taurus on your website" and was passed to Annie, to her greeting in the showroom, to waving good-bye in Port Hope after turning the vehicle over. Annie is friendly, warm, outgoing - everything that makes a good sales person. She is also experienced and knowledgeable making a great sales person. Annie bent over backwards to be helpful to me. Every small thing about buying this vehicle through Annie Alexander had its "i" dotted and "t" crossed. I live on Lake Ontario in Prince Edward County while the dealership is in Brampton, a drive of 2.75 hours. I had shopped - unsuccessfully - all over eastern Ontario to find an almost new Taurus equipped the way I wanted it but finally found it in Brampton. With a small deposit, the vehicle was removed from the lot and placed away from the buying public to await my arrival. I made the deal on my Taurus, right down to receiving almost what I thought my trade was worth, within the space of a few hours. Then came the issue of "Now how do I get the car? I don't want to have to drive another 5+ hours (round trip) to pick up the new car. What happened was that Annie actually left her business in the middle of a working afternoon and drove the new car all the way out to Port Hope where I met her! How else would have been so accommodating?? There were only two clouds on the horizon of this vehicle purchase. I had been promised that the car would be detailed before turn-over but it was NOT done. The car interior was dirty, the windows were dirty, the hub caps were dirty, the chrome was dirty, the "entertainment screen" as filthy. Very disappointing! Secondly, I had asked if the car would have a tune-up before delivery. I must suspect that it was not done because only a couple of weeks after receiving the car, I was driving to work when the "low tire pressure" warning came on. A visit to the local Ford dealer and $25.00 later showed that the tire pressure all around was lower than Ford's recommended tire pressure. Had a tune-up been made, low tire pressure would have been evident. Since then, I have received a $25.00 Petro Canada gift card in recompense for the $25.00 fee at the local Ford dealer which was appreciated. I will still be out of pocket to have the interior of the vehicle - in particular the interior windows - cleaned. I look upon those two disappointments to be small complaints in the grand scheme of things. The price I paid for the vehicle was more than competitive with all those I had spoken to or seen as I hunted for the right vehicle. Most people who have a trade in have an overblown estimate of what their trade is worth so I was pleasantly pleased to be offered almost what my bottom line was. The money I saved for the new vehicle made up for the low price of my trade so I feel it all came out in the wash. And finally, the pleasure of dealing with Annie made everything worthwhile. I came away feeling like a made a new friend. In my estimation, you can't go wrong! More

So I found a vehicle online that I was interested in so I set up an appointment with Mike Bell to test drive it. When I arrived at the shop there were so many other vehicles that I became interested in as th set up an appointment with Mike Bell to test drive it. I ended up test driving a few and then contemplated which one I wanted for which felt like hours. Mike was so patient with me the whole time and never once tried to pressure me into making a decision ( unlike most auto sales reps ). He even took the time to go through my pros/cons to help make my decision. So finally, decision made. While we were waiting to get the paperwork started the manager Margaret Von Lenart came over to congratulate us and comment on how much she loved the car that I choose. The fact that she went out of her way to congratulate us shows just how much pride she takes in her job. And just when i thought this couldn't get better I met with Anne Papotto. What an angel. She is hilarious, and she made the boring paperwork fun. And lastly on the day of pickup we met Naya Wagle. He was the one that brought the vehicle to us and walked us through all the techi stuff and shows us things about our vehicle that I didn't even know we had. Every single one of the employees that we dealt with were so down to earth and acted as those they really cared and were happy for us ( Again, not like your usual auto sales ppl ).
