I am very happy with the car I bought 2011 Benz from this dealership from a salesman named PARAS. They even arranged for service later (they had to change a seat) working with me around the schedule. Price was good - these guys will not negotiate - so if you looking to get the price down a bit - forget it, their prices are set firm but reasonable. They are very good with getting you approved for the new car - Fraser is the best - talk to him if you need money and he will get you the cash. I did what everybody does these days checked out cars on Hi all, July 2 2014 I just wanted to tell you about my experience at AutoPark in Brampton. I did what everybody does these days checked out cars on the internet and then looked at reviews about the dealers. AutoPark did not have many good reviews. I decided to try them by e-mailing about the car and trying to get as much info about the car. Samantha McMillan got back to me right away, she kind and courteous. I asked a lot of question and she answered them all and provided me the necessary information. With all the information I decided to come in and take the 2011 BMW coupe for a test drive. I was told to ask for Patrick the manager, he paired me up with Annie Alexander to go out for look around and test drive. The car drove excellent and I asked Annie a few questions about the BMW. What I liked about Annie is the questions she did not know the answers to, she said I will have the manage (Patrick) answer them for you. She did not lie or double talk me. When we got back I sat down with them and Patrick took his time and went over everything about the car and in detail about the CarFax and warranty. I had a few more question and he took his time and answer them. The only think that was wrong was there was a noticeable scratch in the driver’s door and the bumper was really scratch up. They told me that is how the car is and they can recommend a paint shop. I decided not to buy the car and left. I wrote Samantha an email stating I could not justify spending that amount of money and then still have to take it to the paint shop. Well a day late Annie called me and told and said they put the car in the paint shop and will call me when it was ready. When it was done the parts that had the in perfection was fixed and looked good. I bought it that same day. I must say the service here was excellent and people were very nice. I would recommend this place to family and friends. When buying a used car make sure you do your homework, compare prices and don’t be afraid to ask for things after all it is your money. Seventh time's a charm This is the seventh car I've bought in my life, and hands down, the best experience. I live 200+ km from the dealership and found the car online, but This is the seventh car I've bought in my life, and hands down, the best experience. I live 200+ km from the dealership and found the car online, but Steve read me the carproof report over the phone to possibly save me a trip as the vehicle had been in a collision, and that's a dealbreaker for some people. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me before I even set foot in the building, answering all my questions and volunteering a ton of information. When I got there, I received friendly and excellent customer service. I asked for a few extras (make sure tires were good and some extra gas) and the deal was made. When I picked up the car, same thing -- excellent service, wonderful people and GORGEOUSLY detailed car with everything I'd asked for. As I drove away I realized a rear brake light was out, and Steve said to get it repaired and fax him the bill, as that is part of the safety. Completely worth the drive to Brampton!! More
