Fun environment I really enjoyed the environment in the building, it seemed fun light and energetic. I had a truthful interaction with the sales rep and was inform I really enjoyed the environment in the building, it seemed fun light and energetic. I had a truthful interaction with the sales rep and was informed accordingly. I was however a little disappointed on the after math. I confirmed purchase on my vehicle on a thursday and was coming back on Monday to pick up. I completed the paper work and drove off to then realize i needed to fuel up immediately. Couldnt even make it past headingly intersection. I felt that as a nice customer service touch you could have gievn me at least 1/4 tank so my first drive in my new car didnt have to be to the gas station. But i guess i cant expect the world. I did have a good interaction with everyone but the end did put a sour taste in my mouth. More

Fast and no bull. My wife and I had a great experience at Auto Show, Zero pressure! As if they did not care if you actually were buying a car, period! We strolled in, l My wife and I had a great experience at Auto Show, Zero pressure! As if they did not care if you actually were buying a car, period! We strolled in, looked around and Joe came up to us asking if he could help us. We mentioned the year, make and model of the car we were interested in from the ad on kijiji. He took us to the large computer screen and brought it up to confirm it was the one we had in mind. Then he told us he’d be a few minutes to go get it and he’d meet us at the front. Very shortly he came in and handed me the FOB, asked for my licence to make a copy. Once done he asked if we preferred a city, a highway or both type of route for the test drive. We decided and off we went. We had noticed it had been freshly cleaned with the interior dusted! When we returned, Joe asked how how did it go? We talked and that was about it. No annoying presumption that it was now MY car and that I had to have it (as I had experienced in previous dealerships) No long tedious negotiations that I dreaded from the last time we bought a vehicle. We hashed out a deal in less than 15 minutes flat! No back and forth between us, the salesman and the sales manager!!! Once done, off to the financial person to specify our terms and get a temporary licence to take it home, and that was it! Joe gave us our 2 FOBs, asked if we wanted help to set up our cell phones or review the features and options, to which we decline; discovering is half the fun. So then out the door and we noticed they had washed it again! We generally keep our vehicles for several years, but we will remember this place for our next one and in the meantime tell our friends and family to check this place out for selection, price, service and above all, No Bull! More

No pressure- very relaxing experience It was our first visit to this gorgeous show room ( worth the visit just to see the unique decor). We were met by JP. We told him what we were looking for as well as what we had see on Kijiji that was of interest to us. We reviewed the options and then he offered to get the vehicle ready for us to take for a test drive. That was it. We loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for. JP said that if we wanted time to think it over, we could get back to him. We were ready to purchase so we did. Then we met with the staff that deals with financing, warranty, etc... No pressure there either. The reception staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Have recommended to many people already and will continue to do so. Very satisfied customer. More

Exchange for a truck ! My husband and I were shopping to exchange our car for a truck with a budget to respect.
