Emily gave us a very in depth breakdown of how GAP insurance works as we have had a not so favorable experience in that department previously. We also noticed a chip in our windshield that turned into a crack halfway across the windshield 2 days after purchase and they are replacing it at no charge to us! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEAUTIFUL DEALERSHIP! There customer lounge is inviting and kept our daughters occupied so we could get the deal done 😁 More

While we waited for the car to be brought up to the front for us to test drive we were offered refreshments and snacks! The cars we test drove were totally clean and of excellent quality. Elias was able to answer all the questions that we had about the cars and we were able to make a decision to buy one, with no high-pressure. Ryan is an expert at bargaining and together we agreed upon a great deal. Finally Amanda completed the financing and we found her to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain everything to us and she was very patient, friendly and funny. By the end of the day, we drove our new car home and we couldn't be happier with the experience. More
