Fast and friendly I was in need of a vehicle and I needed to find one quickly. I had found one I was interested in on the autoshow website and was given an appt to look I was in need of a vehicle and I needed to find one quickly. The car was ready and waiting for us when we got there and Ty (Tyler) was very helpful in answering any questions we had. After a test drive I decided the car was exactly what I was looking for, and I stated that I was hoping to drive it away that same day. Even though the dealership was very busy with customers that day, both Ty and Emily made it happen! The staff at autoshow are friendly, attentive, and very professional. Not once did we feel pressured, or feel like they were only interested in our money. We worked with Amanda for our financing and she was awesome! She did everything asked and got us into vehicle we wanted at rate we wanted. As soon as we stepped onto property everyone was ready to help serving us cold waters and coffee. Even though we travelled 700+ kms to purchase we felt right at home! Service dept was also amazing to deal with. After seeing vehicle we noticed a couple of small issues which is expected with a used vehicle and within an hour these issues were taken care of and fixed with no hesitation or complaints! The staff listened to what happened and helped us throughout the whole process. From dealing with mpi, the bank, and GAP insurance. They listened to our budget, and did everything to keep us there. Most dealerships are pushy, and will put you in anything you want, whether you can afford it or not. From the sales rep (Tyler) to co-owners (ty and Harley) to the amazing finance ladies (Amanda and Emily) they did more than exceed our expectations and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! PS. ALWAYS take the extra insurance. Without it, we would have been on the hook for $18,000! More

Superb customer service I chose to shop at this dealership because of the great reviews and vehicle selection, and I wanted to have a look at the fancy place I had driven by I chose to shop at this dealership because of the great reviews and vehicle selection, and I wanted to have a look at the fancy place I had driven by so many times lol. The dealership is absolutely gorgeous inside and the staff are top notch! Extremely helpful and welcoming and I loved the no pressure sales style. I fell in love with the first car I test drove and went back the next day to purchase it. The whole process was so easy and Emily and Amanda were fantastic at explaining all the details. On my way home from the dealership I had a problem with the car over heating. I called Ryan right away and he had someone come and pick up the vehicle from my house and leave me a courtesy car (I live an hour away from Auto Show) They took it into their shop and put in a new water pump and thermostat free of charge. I was obviously a little disheartened when my new purchase had a problem but Ryan was amazing through the whole ordeal and reassured me he would take care if everything. And he did. My new used car (BMW X6) is wonderful! Best purchase I've ever made! And so happy I purchased it from Auto Show. Their customer service and personal attention to their customers is something you dont see alot anymore. I'll definitely be going back someday when I need my next vehicle. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. U guys rock!!! More
