In 2002, Gord Pedersen and Dan Gagnon founded Auto Gallery of Winnipeg, hoping to revolutionize the general perception of the used car industry. Both men had begun their car sales careers working for large manufacturer dealerships, and they decided to combine their many years of experience and strike out on their own.
As Gord retired, Dan created a plan for a community-minded auto dealership that people would find worthy of not only repeat business, but also of referring their friends and family members. "The repeat and referral business has been integral to our success as a dealership" Gagnon says. The number-one source of advertising is through Auto Gallery's customers. Recognizing Auto Gallery's excellence, Auto Canada purchased the dealership in 2022 to grow and replicate this unique and highly successful template.

Great service, would go again I went there for a used car. I didn't know much about cars or the car buying process. I also didn't want to deal with pushy salespeople. I chose Auto Gallery because of positive Google reviews. I met up with Clinton Bishop who showed me some vehicles and I ended up picking one out that same day. Clinton did a great job keeping me up to date on the progress of the safety process and vehicle preparation. He also gave me a great deal of information on the process. He's also really easy to deal with and does not push you to make a purchase. From the financing side the people I dealt with there were also very helpful. Explained all fees and provided a detailed break down of the costs as they added up. There were no surprises or unexpected charges. I would buy here again without a doubt. I probably wouldn't even consider other dealerships based on the service. More

From getting forced to leave deposits before dealing on a vehicle to sticker prices on the vehicle changing when we went to go to finalize the deal and do financing. When we bought our last vehicle, we had to go back to the dealership multiple times and I was so stressed, I felt nauseous when we would go there. I won't mention the name of the dealership because I signed an agreement to remove my horrible review which they paid me to remove but let's say it rhymes with smautier. We went into Auto Gallery, we were introduced to Clinton Bishop and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere and buying experience. We had a blast laughing and having fun, in the end we walked out with a new truck and memories of a good time. We had our 6 year old daughter with us and everyone was very accommodating and friendly to her. I would most definitely recommend others to deal with them and already have had other friends purchase vehicles from Auto Gallery. More
