Since my first day at this dealer, working with Darryl Koch, trying to find my new car, it has been nothing but enjoyable. I never felt that I was not getting accurate information, being mislead on costs or manipulated to purchase something I was not interested in. Darryl did a great job at making sure everything was going smoothly and was committed unit the end. He dedicated time at home and late hours at work to accommodate my needs. He would also be very diligent in maintaining good communication and texting when needed. Julie in finance was also very helpful. She walked me through everything I need to know and more. She explained everything to me very clearly and listed all my possible options, even the ones that were not listed. I felt well informed and found that I felt comfortable and knew where my money was going. The manager, Jaime, was also kind and informative. However, a little more stern and I felt I could have received a slightly more generous offer on my trade-in. Auto Gallery also provided me with a courtesy car post-purchase to accommodate a follow-up appointment for my new car (the free car wash after the appointment was a nice touch too). I was greeted by a nice atmosphere apon entering the building people laughing and conversing, the receptionest was very kind and happily got me a salesmen to look my next vehicle. Chris was very friendly and helpful even with only having worked there a month. The entire experience was great except for a 25m wait when wanting to see a financing manager, but some things you can't avoid. I also Notticed a Dore ding on the car after bringing it home, called Nathan the manager and he gladly said he would repair it at no cost to me and set me up in a loaner car for the day! I had the absolute best expierence at the Auto Gallery Winnipeg. They went above and beyond. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car I wasn't 100% sure about. Clinton Bishop has kept in touch with me because of a slight issue I have had with my car. Yet again the Auto Gallery went above and beyond to fix the slight problem I had.
