This is my third car I buy from Auto Gallery and second one I buy from Jamie. All experiences with all my cars were great. After my car was totaled last month I reviewed all the cars available on line on one I buy from Jamie. All experiences with all my cars were great. After my car was totaled last month I reviewed all the cars available on line on Auto Gallery website this time and decided to call and put a deposit on a vehicle I thought I wanted to possibly buy. Because cars are in high demand and knowing that cars are in low supply I knew from past experiences that Auto Gallery would be a place i could trust to help me. The day before I went I had asked Jamie if I could look at two other cars also. After test driving all three cars I decided on another car that I test drove. They immediately changed my original hold to the car I wanted. Jamie took the time and patience to answer all my questions about the car I wanted to buy. Leslie How in their finance department was patient with me so I understood all my questions. Jamie took the time to put my plates on the car…and programmed my cell phone to the car. Jamie then explained the many details of my new car. Leaving that day with my new car was awesome…but like many of us we might have more questions. I had more questions about the additional warranty I bought and called back the next day and spoke to Julie Baryla in finance department and she answered all my after purchase questions. The whole team at Auto Gallery work together so well….from the reception to sales to financing and to the many people behind the scene who help all deserve a THANK YOU for the attention and dedication they do in their respective positions. More
