Professional and Courteous Due to recent circumstances we found ourselves in a situation wherein we needed to purchase a vehicle. We went to Auto Gallery and meet with Darryl Due to recent circumstances we found ourselves in a situation wherein we needed to purchase a vehicle. We went to Auto Gallery and meet with Darryl Koch and told him our wants and needs. He proceeded to show us what they had to offer. Our meetings with him were always pleasant with no pressure sales! When we finally found the car we wanted Darryl stepped up to the plate and got the paperwork in order. Again, no hassles. Great to see the camaradeexprie between him and Julie (Financial Services Manager) who helped to expedite all the paperwork. Even though the car was now ours, several days later Darryl gave us a follow-up call to ensure that we were still happy with our vehicle. Not to mention that several days after purchase of the vehicle there was a cheque in the mail thanking us for being a repeat customer to Auto Gallery. It was a great experience! More

More satisfied than expected I came to Auto Gallery lot to view the cars they have without any immediate purpose of buying one. With the guidance of Noah I ended up test driving I came to Auto Gallery lot to view the cars they have without any immediate purpose of buying one. With the guidance of Noah I ended up test driving some models. I was given information on a few cars I am interested in. The process is very simple without putting pressure while making me feel good and confident about making my choice. This is very important to me. Jaime with his knowledge of the products walked me through the process of making the right choice. He has a good convincing skills but giving you the information you needed to know before you settle for your choice of car. They are firm on their pricing but the experience of being taken care of and helping me decide with confidence is what made me happy. I am not surprised by their good reputation in the used car business. More good words I can say about my experience but I sure know I can leave them to other future customers of Auto Gallery.
