I went in with a list of I don't normally write reviews, but felt like I had to after my car buying experience I had at the Auto Gallery of Winnipeg. I went in with a list of vehicles I wanted to look at after researching their site online. Darryl Koch from Sales was helpful, friendly, and has a no pressure sales approach. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and let me test drive them independently. After choosing the vehicle I liked most, I was paired up with Emily Goettler from Finance and she explained the whole purchasing process in detail. No hidden or mystery charges were added. Every dollar that was being charged was accounted for. I was able to drive away in my new car the same day and couldn't be happier. I won't lie, the whole process takes some time between test driving, applying for financing, detailing the vehicles, etc. but overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I can't picture myself going anywhere else in the future. They may have just gotten a customer for life. Thanks Auto Gallery!! More

Besides the test drive, I was allowed to take the car to the nearest bank where I could get a bank draft to purchase it, and they even gave me a ride to the nearest Autopac location a block away to get my plates, because they were on the way to fill the tank with gas besides. I bussed there, but drove home. In and out in only about two hours. Would definitely return. More

Darryl was the first person I met there, he showed us two different Rogues and it was very satisfying. Then, I got a chance to talk to talk to Jamie, he provided different options. I was pretty impressed with both of them. Usually, dealerships give options suitable to them. But, at this place, I was asked what I need.
