In 2002, Gord Pedersen and Dan Gagnon founded Auto Gallery of Winnipeg, hoping to revolutionize the general perception of the used car industry. Both men had begun their car sales careers working for large manufacturer dealerships, and they decided to combine their many years of experience and strike out on their own.
As Gord retired, Dan created a plan for a community-minded auto dealership that people would find worthy of not only repeat business, but also of referring their friends and family members. "The repeat and referral business has been integral to our success as a dealership" Gagnon says. The number-one source of advertising is through Auto Gallery's customers. Recognizing Auto Gallery's excellence, Auto Canada purchased the dealership in 2022 to grow and replicate this unique and highly successful template.

I quite enjoyed my experience at Auto Gallery of Winnipeg. After finding the vehicle I wanted on Autotrader, I sent in a request for information. I was contacted by Darryl that same day. He was very professional and allowed me to place a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle while it was brought to the lot from the warehouse. The vehicle arrived the next day, I took it for a test drive and got possession 3 days later. The rest of the staff, John and Kylee, were also very professional and courteous. More

Having been in the car sales business in my early years, I am a sceptic and suspicious when entering all car purchases. But Auto Gallery gave me what I wanted, a strait price, no up-sales, no sales B.S. They gave me a price for my trade and the price of the vehicle and I bought it. Simple and strait. Shortly after the sale my battery proved faulty, they quickly reimbursed me for the cost of a new battery. I would use Darryl and Auto Gallery again. Buying used is always a risk but this place seemed to help reduce buyers regret substantially…so far! More
