Our vehicle developed some air suspension issues that was not covered under warranty. I called Larry about this and he said they would take care of the bill. That was huge for us because it was quite expensive and we were really stressing about it. The whole time Larry kept contacting us to make sure it was fixed. Larry was helpful but not pushy - we had the time we needed with the car on our own to assess it and make our decision. During the test drive we noticed the engine warning light on - they worked diligently over a couple of days to get the right replacement part before they completed the sale. Car appears to be in very good condition and my grandson is loving loving it so far - expect he would return to this dealer when is ready to trade up on his own. More
