Both men had begun their car sales careers working for large manufacturer dealerships, and they decided to combine their many years of experience and strike out on their own. As Gord retired, Dan created a plan for a community-minded auto dealership that people would find worthy of not only repeat business, but also of referring their friends and family members. Hi Gord!, Thank you for at least taking the time replying! It’s alright I have bought a beautiful MDX from NOTT auto and their service is extremely fabulous. They went over and above to see their customer have the best experience. I am in the service industry and work with clients every day and by replying does not take away the fact that I was neglected and the service so terrible. Nevermind Your General Manager Said That they did not have my number to contact me to inform me that there was a hold on the car. But after this feedback he somehow happened to find my number and give me a call. That very fact says that he was lying. How would you get my cell number and not call me before and let me know that the car is sold and made me drive all the way for 2 hours one way to be told on arrival that there was a hold on the car.What does that mean - poor neglected service. Don’t waste people’s time by being unprofessional. I rather take my business elsewhere where a client is valued. Anyone reading this post please take your business somewhere else, and do yourself a favour. I called back twice but your GM was best or left for the day. Nicely put that he tried reaching me several times, so did I. Remember that. I am never coming back or so are all my friends and extended family. Good Luck doing business with this kind of lies.
