At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. I was able to think about all of the information at my leisure and make a decision on my own terms. The advice provided was not based on increasing profits but on creating value and finding the right solution for us. Despite having a clear concept of what I wanted when entering Autogallery, it was important to Jaime that I had other similar SUVs to compare it to to ensure that I had a baseline to compare and contrast from. He could have easily sold me that first SUV on the spot closing the deal quickly and then moving on to the next prospect.
