I bought a car under pressure once and it will never happen again. Gilles was a very gentle sales guy with a ear for my need, even if you come and go this dealer will never make you feel like you wasted their time, Gilles also offered me a great deal like no other shop has with extremely low kms. Over all if you want a low kms vehicle at the lowest price available, this is the place for you!!!! The best selection in Winnipeg guarantied Also the sales staff enjoy their job and create an amazing atmosphere, they obviously feel good about being straight and honest towards their customers. Enjoyable experience from start to finish!!! I was in the market of looking for a new-used van to replace my older one. I had looked about 6 months prior and went to a few other dealers and was I was in the market of looking for a new-used van to replace my older one. I had looked about 6 months prior and went to a few other dealers and was quite put off at the typical car buying experience I got from others, like no stock, sold, priced wrong, high miles etc. This all changed when I went to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg. I did a fair amount of searching on-line before going to their showroom. I called and spoke with Gilles Laurin and was happy to find that they actually had a vehicle that they listed was still available and it was also available at a price they advertised. From the first few minutes of arriving I had a good sense that this may actually be the place that I will be buying my next vehicle from and future ones. I never once felt being pressured into buying something that I wasn’t interested in. They also gave me a fair trade against a new-used van that I did buy that only had 7800kms on it and still had lots of OEM warranty remaining. I was able to go in, test drive and get a firm price including my trade within about an hour. I had other vans at other locations to look at that day and told Gilles I would let him know and he said great and hoped to see us again no pressure tactics at all from him. It didn’t take long at other “Dealer” locations to realize I didn’t want to play the game that the others tried with pressure tactics. So after sleeping on it I decided to call Gilles back at Auto Gallery of Winnipeg and proceeded with the deal we discussed and was glad the van was still available. As the wife and I pulled away the first day we saw Gilles getting into it with another couple as we were leaving and was thinking that we may have missed our chance on it. Even if we had missed our chance on this one I knew they always had new ones coming in. This has been my best buying experience by far when shopping for a big new purchase. I have since sent several friends I know here to look at vehicles and will send many more without any hesitation. I don’t think I got any special treatment when I went, I believe they treat everyone like this and that is a great thing to see now a days in our fast paced world we live in. More
