When I purchased a vehicle here in 2008, Larry Groom was the guy that sold it to me. Sure enough he was there that Saturday afternoon when I showed up. He was very helpful and made sure I looked at and drove everything I wanted. I went on five test drives before I finally settled on a vehicle. Buying was quick and easy. amazing staff Was lured into this dealership with my gf by the nice line of cars. It was a good price did all the financial stuff and was ready to make it a done deal. Than girlfriend seen one she really wanted instead 2014 gt with a glasstop and sport shifter. They glady shifted all the financial stuff over to the newly selected vehicle no hassle which was great for me. Andrew was a great sales rep. Greeted me on the lot helped me find vehicles of my interest. Wasnt pushy like some salesman. Im sure we have all been in that position. He was very helpful with information about vehicles and great all around personality and extremely helpful and friendly. Easily the best sales rep i have dealt with. Alright so now for a little bad news after purchasing the new mustang. I found out that the stereo / sync options for the car were not working properly. I was a little mad since you would figure they would check for that kinda thing but Andrew said dont worry about anything he would handle it. I was handed to Nathan who got everything rolling. They did some research and sent me to there other shop ( just down the road so no big deal ) this didnt happen very quickly at all .They can thank Andrew's dedication to customer satisfaction for keeping me happy. I was pretty upset to the point honestly it was considered to bring the car back and be done with them. He was always helpful in finding out the progress and status of the repair. There was one hitch in fixing the stereo problem before it was officially fixed but Andrew was there with offering courtesy ride and loaner vehicle to prevent further inconvenience. A special note on Jason who is a detailer there. Excellent guy. Fixed all my picky complaints like touch ups and few maintenance things like covers and handles. All which didnt have to be done but was happy in helping. So all in all id return for the staff alone. Everything is perfect with the car now and i have andrew and Jason to thank for keeping me from having a terrible experience great job guys. Id highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. More
