Hands down best experience we've had at any dealership! Everyone from the front desk to our salesman and to the finance manager was super friendly and approachable. Instead of using pressure tactics like the previous dealerships we walked into he gave us the ability to be confident in buying the vehicle that we chose. His knowledge of the Nissan Rogue that we purchased was impressive as he was able to tell us the differences between the other model trims on the lot and the 2011 model we had owned previously. This was a stark contrast to the many manufacture specific dealerships who would have to make us wait and check their product knowledge sheets to confirm differences between trim levels and models. John the finance manager was great at handling things on his end in regards to interests rate and payments. He made us feel comfortable by answering all of our financing questions and by being transparent and honest with us. The combination of service, knowledge, and genuine customer care was evident in every interaction we had at Auto Gallery and we couldn't be happier with our decision buying from them. More
