Can't believe how much trust a dealership can have for their customers to test drive their vehicle and make them feel confident that the vehicle is almost in their possession. Truly amazing service. Jaime Olais helped us with the financing and he made things very clear and to the point hi 5 bro! I would definitely refer the Auto Gallery to anyone. Peace More

After my SUV was written off in November, I was pretty stressed about finding a new one in a timely fashion. I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were very friendly and knowledgable. This dealership has a relaxed atmosphere and doesn't at all feel like the traditional fast paced pushy environment you would get at a big chain dealership. This meant a lot to me as a woman. I normally cringe at walking into dealerships, but they really made me feel at ease about any questions I had and basically worked around my schedule to arrange so many test drives! In less than a week I had found the perfect SUV! I will definitely be back in the future when it's time for a new one! More

He did not mind the treats (and offered more snacks!) or the toys being brought into his office from the playroom off the main lobby. We did ask about getting a lower price than advertised for the vehicle, although we knew it was a good deal to begin with, so we weren't surprised when the answer was no. However we did get a good deal on our trade-in so we're not complaining. More
