Even though There were some issues with the ads online but Dane provided a great solution on that. The thing that impressed me the most is the whole car purchase experience, from the moment we contact Dane he started to repose every single question and request immediately，after we reach an agreement , he welcomed each one of us warmly including my in-laws dog. This is not everything, he also drove us to SGI and helped us complete everything right before it close. I have bought quite a few new cars and met numerous sales person in different dealership, I have to say Dane is the best i ever met ( not one of ), he knows about cars, he care about his clients not just to sale the car but also to build that trust relationship. Also the finance manger Christian was great help and super easy to work with and with his help we got our car plates at 6pm sharp on a Saturday so we can drive 2 hours back to our small town. He was by my side the entire process and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the day and didn’t send me on my own to book the next oil change and even drove me to the nearest SGI office to get my plate, instead of just saying go find an SGI, get a plate and see you back here.
