I went into the dealership unsure of the vehicle that would suite me, and left extremely happy as i purchased a 2015 Subaru Impreza, which drives amazing. They were able to follow my budget and give me everything i was looking for in a sightly used vehicle at a great price . I will strongly recommend them and their service . More

Vijay is an Amazing car salesperson Vijay, is an amazing car salesperson. I have been shopping for 2 tears and have talked to over 20 salespersons. Only 2 of these answered my questions Vijay, is an amazing car salesperson. I have been shopping for 2 tears and have talked to over 20 salespersons. Only 2 of these answered my questions rather than giving me information I was not looking for.. I also tried very hard to make a deal with the Subaru closest to me. When I looked outside the Saskatoon area I quickly realized I could trust Vijay's honesty.. When I asked for an all in price that is what I got. When I asked for costs of options I was answered with an offer to help find the best price. He listened when I gave him the information I had and came back with a solid offer that I recognized as an honest, best, deal. He offered to deliver the car to me-no cost, and it was not even asked for. I didn't need the delivery but when I went to pick up the car on the agreed date is was ready, had a full tank of gas and Vijay helped transfer plates and made sure he had as much time as was needed to answer all questions and make sure I was comfortable to drive away in my new car. I will certainly send all my friends to this dealership. On top of that I have driven this car for 2 weeks and I am certain I made a great purchase, The Subaru Forester is a solid vehicle, smooth on the road. A quiet ride with clear visibility and so comfortable on a long drive. Great gas mileage as well- both highway and in town. TY Vijay!!! Subaru has a super salesman on their team. Arrogant I was days away from purchasing a used vehicle from Auto Gallery, Regina. Then 'general manager' Andy Cho decided it was necessary to give me his opinion and advise. Andy Cho is the most arrogant salesman I've ever encountered. I've been to almost every dealership in Regina in the last 10 years and dealing with him for 10 minutes was the worst experience yet. Sure, I've been slightly frustrated with pushy sale tactics, but this 'general manager' was the worst by far. Andy Cho should not be involved in any part of customer service. Andy Cho should not interact with people for a living.. His entire attitude towards me was very unprofessional. He 100% lost this sale. I feel bad for the salesman (Piyush Kohli) I was working with. He was quite and let me look and drive in silence, I appreciate that. However Andy Cho marched into the deal and pushed me out of it. Andy Cho took deficiencies I pointed out of the vehicle as a personal attack. This $85,000+ tax vehicle had all four wheels mechanically damaged, and one tire with a large gouge in the sidewall. The rear seat had a small tear in the leather and there was multiple other concerning issues that I believed were grounds for a discount. Andy Cho asked me "what do you expect, it's a used vehicle". In which I responded "so there's no room to move?" And he told me if I don't want to buy it tonight "don't bother, buy a BMW X5 and be just like everybody else and their grandma". What kind of customer service is this? That is only the beginning... I'm not even going to carry on explaining our outrageous conversation. It was so unprofessional that the salesman I was dealing with originally emailed me the following day saying "I apologize for what happened yesterday." Needless to say.. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO GALLERY REGINA, I've only ever heard bad things about them and now I've received the full experience. If they happen to have the exact vehicle you're looking for, steer clear of Andy Cho, or you will leave there unhappy, belittled and your business unappreciated. Heads Up Also, I asked multiple people at the location for the owners name and contact info. They would not provide me with any means of complaining above Andy Cho's head. More

Worst service department I've ever encountered I leased a vehicle from here two years ago. I've done my routine maintenance and brought the car in whenever it's given me a problem. Sounds easy righ I leased a vehicle from here two years ago. I've done my routine maintenance and brought the car in whenever it's given me a problem. Sounds easy right? No. There staff is inept. Not the mechanics. But Josh at the front desk does not know how to pick up a phone and communicate with costumers when there is a problem or delay in service. I have a job that I need a dependable car. Hence the lease. I brought my car in yesterday when the rear window was rolled down, but wouldn't roll back up. They said they'd have a look at it and see if it just needed to be reprogrammed. Nope. It was the motor, "but we'll get it up for you and it will be done in about 15min. We'll order the part". Great. 15min later. "We can't get it up, it'll be like 2hrs. Ok. Just come back tomorrow at 10 and it'll be ready, and we will order the motor." Ok sounds good. Come in today. Talk to the mechanic when I see the window still down. "I told him I couldn't get it up. He said we were keeping it until we got the part" ??? Talk to the manager of the service department. So you'll get me a rental. Sure we can get you a good deal. Umm you mean you'll pay for the rental (again this is a leased vehicle). Manager "why would we pay for it?" Oh I don't know. Me. Frustrated. I just want out of my lease. This is pretty much the same scenario I have every time I have with this company. Clearly I'm not saying the vehicle make. It has nothing to do with them. It has nothing to do with the mechanics. Before leaving yesterday I said. "If you have any problems, call me." He confirmed my number. I even said you can have the car until fixed. "No no, we will get it up". xxx. Learn how to communicate. It will go a long way for customer service. More

My car was ready with all the accessories installed as promised as well as Randy installed the floor mates that I brought with me and offered to install the bike rack I purchased. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend that drives a Subaru. So I didn't hesitate to call make a deal over the phone and drive down to Regina from Saskatoon 3 days later and buy a brand new 2015 Crosstrek. Randy introduced me to the staff , booked me in for my first oil change and Jeff gave me 2 free oil changes. Great services More
