Wow! They make you feel like you're family! We came in for a test drive and left with a brand new vehicle! We were prepared to buy from them if we felt good about the experience and we did. We were also prepared to walk away if we felt like we were being jerked around and they never gave us any reason to leave to go to another Subaru dealership. Dan works hard, has had a few tough breaks but has a big heart. We are always leery of car salesmen (you know the reputation) but Dan makes you feel like you're a friend, not just someone he sells cars to. He loves his family and wants to do right by them. His willingness to sacrifice for his family shows the kind of guy he is. Jessica is a lovely person, very personable and relational. You can talk to both of these people and you feel like they are listening to your concerns. They make you feel like your purchase is the best one that you can make. We bought a Forester and Dan's wife drives one and Jessica says after one, she would like to get one herself. We got to know them personally and that makes a difference. Our minds and hearts were already on a Forester before we came in so them being personable, friendly, likeable, made all the difference. More

Because of this I was a little reluctant to do business here but after my experience I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here. More

A Fantastic Buying Experience I must say that dealing with Dan was a pleasure. He was honest and very knowledgable about the products. We looked at many vehicles at other dealers I must say that dealing with Dan was a pleasure. He was honest and very knowledgable about the products. We looked at many vehicles at other dealerships, and typically, I knew more about their product than they did. Not the case with Dan. He was extremely helpful and helped get us a great deal within our price range. He wasn't always up-selling. He was responsive at all hours of the day and night (we were working on a deal by email at 1:00 am). Cord from finance was also easy to work with. He was a low pressure finance guy and fought hard to get us a fantastic rate. He explained every step of the process and made sure nothing went over our heads. Overall, a great experience!! More

When it came time to discuss numbers we were passed along to Josh whom seemed pleasant enough and stated he would be in contact with us in regards to said numbers but no phone call ever came. Needless to say we bought elsewhere. Uncertain what happened but disappointed there was no follow through on either the salesman nor the manager's part. More
