Great deal on 2015 Kia Forte I was looking to purchase a newer vehicle to replace my '05 Dodge SX. Things were starting to go wrong and I could no longer rely on it as a vehicle. The repairs were also starting to outweigh the worth of the vehicle. I wanted to upgrade to more luxurious vehicle that I would be happy with for the next 8-10 years. I saw they had a reasonably priced 2015 Kia Forte that had a lot of the features I was looking for. Joel was my sales person, he was super friendly and did a great job of answering any questions I had and put in lots of effort to get me the best deal possible. At the same time I never felt pressured into accepting a deal/car I wasn't happy with. After some negotiating, I got a great deal on the 2015 Kia Forte; they included a 2-way remote starter & install with my purchase of the vehicle, and were excellent about getting it scheduled in as soon as possible and getting me to & from work while they did the install. I would definitely go back there for my next vehicle! More

An Awesome Experience Joel Brownridge responded to my online query within 10 minutes to confirm my request and provide more information on the car that I was interested in. He clearly explained the features and upgrades to the 2018 model and his genuine excitement multiplied my interest. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning, however after visiting other dealerships for other brands, I realized that the features offered by Subaru as explained by Joel were unavailable in many similarity priced 2018 vehicles. I visited the dealership on Friday instead and met with Joel to check out the car personally. I must say I was not disappointed at all! Joel pointed out the models that were available for immediate possession and invited me for a test drive. I was impressed by the comfort levels , the tech package and all round sturdiness of the 2018 CrossTrek. Although I was not enthused by the colour, a free command start and two free oil changes was compensation enough. He explained the benefits of leasing and all the advantages of going with this option. We then met with Cord Crowthers who was very friendly and extremely helpful. He went through the paperwork while keeping things light and relaxed. He made us feel welcomed and proceeded as if we were old friends! This was most appreciated Josh from the service Dept booked me in for the first service. He was very cool and was awesome to deal with. The overall experience barely took three hours and I was able to drive home with a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek! Personally, I was thinking of not only about the brand loyalty (I'm a Subaru guy for sure), but which representative could've shown the best efforts to make a good deal. Worked with buyer to resolve multiple problems with vehicle Problems with vehicle since the day it was purchased (August 22, 2017). Vehicle did not make it home before multiple problems (3+) occurred. I communicated directly with Andy Cho (General Sales Manager) to resolve these issues since August 25, 2017 to present. My truck was taken to my mechanic on August 23 and 24, 2017 as per e-mail from sales person (Dale Parent) and then driven to a Chev dealership on August 25, 2017 (as per Andy Cho). My truck was picked up from the Chev dealership on (Sept. 6, 2017) once a repair was made but failed to fix all of the issues. I was provided a rental vehicle from Auto Gallery (Sept. 6, 2017) when my truck was picked up at the Chev dealership and was taken back to Auto Gallery for repair. On (Sept. 10/11, 2017) Auto Gallery opted for my truck to be taken to another Chev dealership for diagnoses. Diagnoses by the Chev dealership was reported to Auto Gallery (Andy) on Sept. 18, 2017. Vehicle was then picked up at Chev dealership on Sept. 18/19, 2017 with the diagnoses that the truck required a replacement transmission. Auto Gallery ordered a used transmission (source unknown) too replace original transmission with 68,500+ km’s with one that had approximately 120,000 km.’s , I was told that the km. difference (original vs replacement) was reasonable. The transmission was installed and a one-year parts and labour warranty was given. Transmission replacement was completed on Sept. 21, 2017 and my vehicle was delivered to me on Sept. 24, 2017. Andy Cho apologized for the many inconveniences and thanked me for my patience as Auto Gallery worked on correcting the multiple problems with this vehicle. More
