THE MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH SALES PERSON "AYLA" @ Audi Mississauga. I happened to buy an Audi Q5 from this dealership and I must have to say that what an unprofessional place is this , st "AYLA" @ Audi Mississauga. I happened to buy an Audi Q5 from this dealership and I must have to say that what an unprofessional place is this , starting from the sales person Ayla who didn’t fulfil her commitment in finalizing the deal by misrepresenting the price in full saying the price was decreased which was not true . All the kios happened right after I paid the deposit and on the day of vehicle pick up , In the morning my wife confirmed with them if everything is done and we are good to pick the car as I had to come all the way from Niagara Falls and Ayla confirmed everything and gave us a go ahead also I had booked for a shuttle pick up from a certain point and it was confirmed by the salesperson as well ! First the shuttle did not show up as promised and when I was half an hour away from my appointment time I got a call from Ayla to not come today as they needed to change one of the rear light.i mean I live in Niagara and came all the way to pick up the car after confirming everything with the dealership several times I don’t understand why they couldn’t check or replace the light earlier. I had to take Uber to go to the dealership's screen shot of the message attached from Ayla. Upon reaching the dealership she asked me to come back tomorrow to put the rear light as it is a safety issue. I pick up the car and drove back as soon as I hit the Highway car on the left front started making noise, the following day I addressed 4 issues with the service department: 1- only one key fob is working, 2- Front end of the car making horrible noises. 3-Broken Rear light 4-Break seems Loose Right off the bad service manager said breaks should be fine and took the keys from me, about an hour after he brought me the key back and said everything is fine and no noise coming from the front end, I insist him to please test drive the car over 80Km and assec the car, which he did and came back and said "Oh unfortunately I need to change the tires on the car since it not a safety issue we are not responsible for this. I approached highly unprofessional sales person Ayla again and she totally declined to help me as it is not the sales issues and it is service and as far as they have done safety on the car she is not responsible for any after sales service. best comment from her "It's an old car and I should expect some repairs", My question to her is why are they selling old cars if they can't do proper safety check on it they should salvage the old cars rather than ripping off people. I\n result I have to spend almost $2000.00 to properly get the safety done on the car. Anyone who wants more detail on this issue can call me directly @ 647-771-1746, I will be escalating this issue to Audi Corporate and will be taking legal action also. Thanks More

Rahul Narang was great, he ensured that i got the best possible experience when I purchased my 2020 Q8. The vehicle has been amazing so far! I specifically wanted a Q8 with these options and Rahul and his possible experience when I purchased my 2020 Q8. The vehicle has been amazing so far! Sales Rep Rahul N. was terrible. Has a lot of attitude. The dealership in general must be under performing also if they let this type of behaviour continue and if the was terrible. Expect them to say they're priced very competitively and there is no room to find a few days later the prices get reduced....and again, and again. So you are better of never buying at their original price. Rahul was awful at understanding this concept. More
I would just like to thank Audi Mississauga for the $630. 00 charge to my credit card for the rental car I wasn’t enough that my Audi certified pre owned vehicle needed a new engine after only 3 weeks, I h 00 charge to my credit card for the rental car I wasn’t enough that my Audi certified pre owned vehicle needed a new engine after only 3 weeks, I had to pay for a rental on top of it. Poor customer service at the brand new Airport Location Audi Mississauga showroom. Careful when you come to buy a car. Already an Audi customer went to buy a new car and they made us wait for 45 minutes to Audi Mississauga showroom. Careful when you come to buy a car. Already an Audi customer went to buy a new car and they made us wait for 45 minutes to come and finally say hi with an excuse of being short staffed. But then went away for another 30 mins. There were many employees just walking around, talking and laughing. There were only 2 other customer also in the store so they were not super busy. The receptionist took our names and 15 minutes later forgot about us and came asking to sign in again (we were sitting right beside the receptionist after signing in). If I am to buy a $80,000 car, and this is the service they provide, I rather take my business to another Audi who will atleast have better customer service. More
THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE PURCHASING AN AUDI I have just gone through the worst purchasing experience with Audi. There is a horrible support structure between Audi Canada and the dealerships, as such just gone through the worst purchasing experience with Audi. There is a horrible support structure between Audi Canada and the dealerships, as such, placing our sad experience on the collective dealer network in Ontario, so future purchasers are at least aware of the serious lack of knowledge, professionalism and very shady business practices that are exercised by Audi Canada. When purchasing my 2023 Q4, I provided Audi Canada’s call centre with the vin number and exactly where the vehicle was being purchased. Multiple Audi reps told me that, on their system, the vehicle went into service, and out on the same day which I quote they said, “was odd and likely a mistake with financing falling through”. I was even told the original purchaser never drove the vehicle off the lot. I advised the ONLY REASON I was considering purchasing from Audi Canada was they had this unique program where they provided free charging for four years for new cars and 4 other packages. I followed up multiple times in writing directly to Audi Canada. Prior to me physically purchasing the car, Audi Canada did not once correct my communication to them as I ethically documented my understanding that inservice date could be corrected and I would be able to get these standard programs. I was even told I had nothing to worry about as these lines are all recorded. I also followed up with the third party, Electrify Canada group, that manage the free charging program for Audi. I was advised that this should not be a problem getting this 4-year package as they simply look to Audi Canada to “nod their head”. I even immediately provided Agent name and contact number of Electrify Canada, prior to purchasing the car, to Audi Canada. The moment I purchased the vehicle I circled back with Audi Canada to implement these packages. I am know told, by the same agent I had spoken with, that I purchased the car from a non-authorized dealer. I asked this same agent, who I had spoken with on multiple occasions prior to this, why he had not told me this prior to the purchase, and the only response I got was a pregnant pause no answer. I am then further advised Audi Canada is working with the originating dealership, Audi Thornhill, to ensure I get the various marketing packages that go with this vehicle standardly. I finally followed up with the General Manager and Sales Manager of Audi Thornhill. They immediately responded in writing advising they are not involved at the dealership level and that this can only be fixed by Audi Canada. I immediately, once again, forwarded these communications to Audi Canada. Worst, Audi Thornhill further advises they have no knowledge of Audi Canada even contacting them, at this point the creditability of Audi Canada is a zero. I am now advised that Audi Canada is working at the executive level to resolve this issue. I reached out to Audi Germany, parent company, and received a form email advising they cannot get involved, as this is a local market issue. Twenty times in call center and emails, simply trying to get Audi Canada to stand behind what they originally communicated to me, (not the different story after I purchased) and do the right thing at virtual no cost to them, is simply mind blowing. They then told me that they had technical problems in their system and could not fix the in-service date, as technically no way to do so even if the vehicle was in service for just this one day as they had advised, and I have NOW forfeited all marketing programs that go with the vehicle as well as lost 7 months of warrantee. I tried to reason with them no one has benefited from these standard marketing packages and how is this reasonable. The supervisor understands my frustration, but I quote “there is nothing she can do”. You need to know that a manufacturer stands behind what they communicate and is ethical! More
