I gave a high rating for numerous reasons. 1. I feel AUDI has taken the extra step with regards to innovation. AUDI's interior has leaped past BMW's which I had been loyal to for years. 2. I feel that German engineering is first class and at the top of that list in my opinion is AUDI (all wheel drive makes the difference). 3. I visited Audi of Mississauga several times in the summer while shopping for a used A4 Quattro. I met Luigi, who was then with the used vehicle department. He is very knowledgeable about all the Audi models, which helped to quickly zero in on what cars were available that met my search criteria and were in the budget ballpark. I appreciated that Luigi didn't over-do the sales pitch. He seemed to be able to quickly understand what I was looking for so that we didn't waste any time. He is a straight shooter. I appreciated that communicating back and forth was made easy because he was open to receiving a phone call or a text message outside of normal business hours. Any messages I left were returned promptly. All the staff at this dealership were very helpful and professional, whether I was inquiring about available aftermarket accessories or dealing with the Service department when I first picked up the 2012 A4 2.0T Premium. After having gone to BMW, and on our way to Mercedes we planned to drop by this particular Audi dealership. I had been to this dealership prior to this experience when i had just started my research...the planned to drop by this particular Audi dealership. I had been to this dealership prior to this experience when i had just started my research...the dealership is nice, the lounge could use a bit of an upgrade, as wi-fi service for my ipad was poor. The sales person me & my wife dealt with was Haroon Joseph. New to this Audi dealership, but has been in the auto industry for a few years and you can tell, for a change the salesperson actually knew how to treat a client. Professional, courteous and definitely has a passion for what he sells. We were literally stopped in our paths as we were shown the differences between the three brands, quality in workmanship and engineering was shown to us only in the Audi rather than just the looks and a price. Where the other brands did better, Haroon didn't try to lie and beat around the bush like some of the other salespersons I have encountered in my 20+ years of car buying. Haroon was a trustworthy sales advisor, who can point out the obvious and is an honest salesperson. I would and have highly recommend him and this dealership to my family & friends! More

I went down to the dealership because I saw an add online for a 2012 Audi A7 and I wanted to test drive it, I spoke with Luigi and within a few minutes we were on our test drive.
