He was able to answer all with great detail, and also gave me a lot more information that I did not know prior to our meeting. Not only was the meeting excellent, but my salesman had a lot of prior e-mails back and forth with me before the date I can in to view the car. He was very detailed with all my questions as well, and also ensured that the car I was interested in would be in the lot upon my arrival. Being that I live quite far out of town, this was greatly appreciated, and he was more than willing to work with my busy schedule. The car itself (Audi A3) was fantastic. This is the first Audi I have purchased, and I was blown away with all the features and the overall drivability of the car. Tim was very polite, and I knew that I was in good hands when it came to the details and the final sale of the vehicle. I was very pleased to learn about the warrantee that came with the car as well. In conclusion, I want to say thank you for being so helpful and fitting all my needs, plus answering all of my questions. I am very happy to be a part of the Audi family now. More

It was also really nice the "personal touch" Luis and the staff imprinted to the whole transaction. It felt like we were dealing with good old friends. One funny anecdote... I was starting to feel disappointed when we were exchanging e-mails to arrange picking up the car. At first it didn't seem clear whether the dealership had a shuttle service. But then, without us saying anything, Luis just jumped on the mail chain and advise would come himself for us. And yes; he did come in person to our house for us! More

On 8 October 2016, i went to buy an Audi Q5 but the sales representative instead of telling me about the car i was getting interested in Govind started baffling me by saying it is expensive and it would be difficult for me to cope up with payments. Well not only I didn't buy my car from him also I warned 4 more of my friends who wanted to visit them. BEWARE BUYERS sales representative here are disrespectful and judge people by there age (that's the only reason i can guess made him thought i can't afford. P.S. I earn hefty 6 figures) More
