2010 A5 - CRAPPED OUT! Audi accepts NO BLAME If I could rate this lower I would. I bought a brand new A5 in 2010 and from get go it had major issues. This service centre is a joke! The only saving grace is Adi Ng everyone else is USELESS! They laugh and carry on like schoolgirls behind the service desk! Very professional ladies!!!! I can't even go through all the times I brought my car to them for various issues so I will just keep it simple. First "major" issue was when the car was 5 months old and I was driving to work and the car start shaking violently and wouldn't go past 2nd gear. I called Greg K (don't know why he was ever in service) about it he had a tow truck pick me up. They kept my car for 3 weeks for an apparent ECP error and they said it was some "sensor" issue which was replaced. I picked up the car and it seemed fine until about 3 weeks later. The same problem appeared again and this time car was kept for 3 MONTHS!!!!! They finally "fixed" the problem with help from Audi US and Germany because they didn't know what the xxxx was wrong with it. These guys are supposed to be trained professionals! This time around they ended up replacing pistons and rings and a bunch of sensors based on recommendations from the "professional" techs abroad. They have untrained techs who have no right to be working on luxury cars let alone any other car. If I could erase my Audi experience from my memory I WOULD!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER OWNING A CAR!! They are liars and could car less about you! This month my car died in the middle of the road and wouldn't start. I had it towed to Audi Mississauga where they told me the car engine seized. They know the car was notorious for burning oil and there was PLENTY of oil in the car when it apparently seized! So how does a 4 year old engine just DIE!! Forget about speaking to Audi Canada because they are more useless then Audi Mississauga. The lady told me they would try to help me but it took her 3 weeks, while my car sat at Audi Mississauga, for her to get me an answer of " Sorry we won't be able to do anything for you as the warranty is over" Too bad so sad sucker!!! God bless anyone willing to roll the dice with this dealer or Audi in general. NEVER AGAIN!!!! More

I am sure you guys and gals :) will be just as supportive when we need to come in for service. We were greeted when we walked in the front door and Benjamin was very helpful and knowledgeable walking us through the various options available to us before purchase. When we picked up the car Kaileigh did a great job of walking us through all the features in the car. Thanks for all your help! More

Disgusting Customer Service my friend and myself went in to the missisauga audi to order a few parts for his his 2006 audi A4. We were shocked as he was rude and very unproffesional about the situation. He had an instant attitude and said we "cannot bring in the part that we need and expect audi to know what part that is". As a customer this is infuriating, if you dont know your product better than anyone else, that is a joke. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he made a huge situation and started shouting to his other co-workers about how weird "these people are", and he went as far to call us "yo whats wrong with you guys, " after HE showed us attitude and. But hey, just another employee that will lie to his managers about what happened, truly disgusting. More
