Had to make a special mention about the excellent service from Jerry Chi. We had a lot of questions about Audi before we bought and Jerry really knows his stuff. He was so honest and pleasant to deal with from the very begining until the very end, and even followed up with us in the days after! He was never pushy and whenever we'd call him, day or night, he'd respond right away! Very likeable guy and you can tell he loves what he does here. Your facility is beautiful, but I was hoping to do more of the transaction online and spend less time at the dealership. The sales staff were good.
