I spent days back and forth on a purchase of a certified pre-owned 2021 Audi RSQ8 with 25K (a $127,000+HST Purchase). There was a notable miscommunication and the vehicle was not as described when I went to pick it up. The deal was dead and I was extremely frustrated due to the lost time. While this may sound like a negative review, what sets a dealer apart and gets them from 1 star to 5 is how they handle a bad situation. An unreputable dealer will simply brush you off and not be concerned about their reputation. Audi Niagara's management team got involved right away when they discovered my frustration and not only worked to fix their process and policies on how they handle issues like this in the future, but worked with me tirelessly to get the deal done, making the appropriate concessions on the vehicle to account for the initial experience. THIS is what sets a good dealer apart from a bad one, how they fix problems and address customers concerns. Any dealer can more or less be A+ most of the time, but when you get one that works hard to make sure they put every effort in to make a poor experience a good one, that's when a review like this becomes even more valuable and relevant. I have nothing against the employees over at Audi Niagara. But what a disaster, I had my vehicle towed over to them after a transmission failure. And of course everything was going normally. Had to wait for warranty to be approved on the work that had to be done to the car, which I had no problem with. At this time I was told that the ETA on my vehicle getting worked on was at the end of July to the first week of August. No biggie again, I’ll wait. So I wait, and I wait, get no call at the last week of July. So I decided maybe I should call and do a follow up. Come to my surprise that the replacement parts have been delayed and are still in Germany, which I thought okay. Normal thing, the world is hurting right now. And I was told to wait within the next few weeks. So I do, and I had a representative show up for me while I was away to just speak with them and get more information. They told my representative that I should be expecting the car to be worked on and done on the 28th of September. Skip to Monday the 19th of September and I call to follow up. The service assistant manager, whose name I won’t mention. Told me that we were waiting on a final part. The Mechatronic, I was told that the part was nearing Toronto or has already reached the port and should be coming within the next week or so. Now this week, I call on Monday again for another follow up, and they told me they would call me back after they get some more information, I was like odd but okay. And this morning on Tuesday, I wake up to a call and I’m being told that I will now have to wait until the end of November for my car back? But this time it wasn’t the mechatronic. Apparently they don’t have the complete transmission either. Their blame was on the hurricanes happening out on the east coast. Yea I get it causes delays, but wasn’t I just told that the part was nearing Toronto or already at port? Lots of lies are going around and it’s a very sketchy experience. I was given a rental. But had to pay 180 for two days after a week. Talk abt taking care of your customers 🙄 it’s absolutely absurd that something like this would take 5 months. My car is not rare and neither is my transmission. In fact my car is 7 years old still covered with warranty. Multiple people stand behind me in this, and it’s just not right. 2 complaints to Audi Canada, and I’m still getting pushed back further and further. What’s next, because of the winter storms I’ll be getting my car in summer 2023? Where does the line get drawn? More

My "Service Due" light on the car went on. I called to set up an appointment. I was told it would be an oil change, brake fluid flush and a pollen filter change, at a cost of $350 + taxes. I called to set up an appointment. I was told it would be an oil change, brake fluid flush and a pollen filter change, at a cost of $350 + taxes. When i got there, after much discussion to get clarity, I was told that i needed a diesel fuel filter change, oil change and oil filter change, ad-blue fill up and that I didn't actually need a brake fluid flush, cost now $850 + taxes. Completely different! I was told the lady on the phone when i called was a summer student. I got uncomfortable and somewhat irritated as it seemed that they didn't really know what work was required. Given the confusion, I decided to walk away and consider my options. I can get all this work done at a local European car garage for less. Not sure why i would pay the premium to go to this dealer given the lack of clarity during my visit. It was a waste of my time. I called the dealership manager to explain. He apologized and said that he hoped to see me again in the future. Again, not what i expected. A gift card to use on my next visit for my wasted time would have gone much further. More

Our experience with Martha Davidson was negative and it felt like she was trying to intimidate us. We felt unwelcome and left with multiple unanswered questions as she rushed us out the dealership.
