Purchased 2012 Jetta TDI. Vehicle had problem from the beginning. Took car to service department at Pfaff no less than 20 times during past year. As of today, car still has problem, along with several o beginning. Took car to service department at Pfaff no less than 20 times during past year. On a positive note, Volkswagon Canada has been diligent in their effort to resolve this problem, which is more than can be said for Pfaff, who has clearly dropped the ball. More

I bought my 2010 A4 new at Audi Uptown and steering wheel started vibrating at 3000kms. I took it back several times trying to fix the problem within 2 years time but they always said it is wheel balancing started vibrating at 3000kms. I took it back several times trying to fix the problem within 2 years time but they always said it is wheel balancing problem. Now is 48000kms but still vibrating. However, I took it to Audi Pfaff Newmarket for second opinion and they immediately figured out was the control arm problem and fix it. Now, the problem is gone. I was in the middle of considering an offer on a different vehicle (one that I had been wanting for a very long time) when a friend of mine suggested I consider looking at the Audi Q5 (he owns an Au different vehicle (one that I had been wanting for a very long time) when a friend of mine suggested I consider looking at the Audi Q5 (he owns an Audi). My reaction was that I couldn't possibly afford an "Audi". He suggested I look anyways. Upon going to the Pfaff dealership in Newmarket, I was introduced to Jacquie Emerson. As we discussed the Q5 and took it for a test drive, I was still not convinced I would change my mind or that I could afford it. She asked if I would like to take the Q5 home for a "24 hour" test drive; I couldn't believe that it was possible, but it was! I drove it around and my grown son came with me for a ride and we loved the Q5, and felt it was a quality vehicle. Jacquie and I discussed prices etc., but she was also very patient and understanding that I had some things to think about and work out and to be sure that I could afford it. I truly felt understood and was not put under any pressure. To be convinced, I went to the competitor's dealership of the vehicle that I thought I always wanted, told them they had to let me test drive that vehicle for 24 hours (I told them why) and that is what I did, and totally did not want that vehicle any longer. I was now convinced it was the Audi Q5 that I wanted. I still had to work out how I could get all the things I wanted to add and get the vehicle I wanted and be in budget. Some time passed, and Jacquie called, and without any pressure at all, invited me to a special weekend promotion that was being held, where I would get some free gifts and if I was considering a purchase, some promotions may be available to me to make the deal sweeter. Well, before the weekend arrived, we negotiated the purchase of my new Q5, I was able to get all the things I wanted, was very satisfied with the price, and came in on the first hour of the first day of the "special weekend promotion", was able to get the bonuses and signed the deal. It was a very pleasant experience and I was treated with total respect. I was also very happy that I ended up getting the 2012 model, only I had to wait a bit longer, but it was sure worth the wait! Throughout the wait, when I called Jacquie for any information at all, she promptly answered all my questions. Upon arrival of my vehicle, I was notified immediately, got to go and see it (even before delivery), everyone at the dealership was kind and understanding (that I couldn't wait to see it!). All of the after factory options I purchased were done professionally and promptly and trunk liner installed and I was able to take delivery a few days later. Jacquie was great on the "closing" of the documents and delivery of my Q5, she was genuinely excited for me. She introduced me to everything in the car and I felt excited and comfortable to drive it away! Jacquie has since been in touch a couple of times to make sure all is going well and asked if I had any questions. I was shopping for a CPO Audi and visited many different dealerships in the GTA. HJ Pfaff Motors (Audi) was the best dealership out of the 5 that I visited.
