Audi Brand Specialist, Mike Raposo, was a pleasure to interact with and more than patient as I set out my specifications and assailed him with questions. He certainly knows his ‘stuff’. Bernie Wong, CPO Manager, was a real gentleman, and more than accommodating when I was delayed in bringing a SUV back from a test drive. It was an interesting and enjoyable experience interacting with both. Although I did not end up with the black SUV that was my original objective, I am delighted with my Monsoon grey Q5. Thank you.
