During our time at Audi London my wife and I both felt very at home and relaxed during our appointment. As I am certain you are aware buying a car is a stressful time, buying a car and trading in a car is even more stressful, everyone including us wants a “GREAT” deal and does not want to be ripped off. Bora did a great job of working with us to help us in that process and both of us left the Audi dealership happy with our new purchase and our trade in value. Although I likely could have pushed for more, the reality is that when dealing with someone who is “nice” and enjoyable to work with you are willing to just be a bit less pushy in your demands. The pick UP of the vehicle was nothing short of an amazing experience, Bora’s professionalism was incredible. Here are some of the key highlights of our pickup day: 1. Time - my time is very precious, and I never have enough of it, Bora was on time and ready with everything that was required. Being on time is crucial, I hate waiting, I never felt like I had to wait at Audi London. 2. Paperwork - It was correct, it was organized, the detailed list of items checked on the vehicle and the work done was amazing. Now we have a good idea of how long things like tires and breaks will last before we have to replace them. 3. Presentation of the Car - The room you have build for the pick up of the vehicle was fantastic, walking in and seeing the vehicle was “really cool” experience and a nice touch to the experience of buying a used car. 4. The Audi Q5 - As promised by Bora the Audi Q 5 looked spectacular, it was clean inside and outside, not a speck of dirt. Simply put a used car looked new. 5. The Audi Q 5 unwrapping - Bora did an amazing job of walking us around the vehicle inside and out, he pointed out all the features and explained how they worked in detail, he helped us pair our phones, showed us how to use the computer system, opened, closed, locked, unlocked every button - really strong customer relationship building. 6. The GIFT - what a great touch, showed he really cared about our experience. I am certain Audi sells lots of cars, and I am sure your selling price is well above the amount we spent on our Audi Q5, but the experience we received from Bora and the dealership made us feel like we just bought the most expensive car in the showroom. Well done to Bora, and the team of professions in Audi London, our experience was amazing. More
